Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you L'Escapade Malouine, classified 2*, a comfortable and bright new 40 m² flat with balcony, ideally located in the St-Servan district of Saint-Malo, on the 4ᵉ floor with lift. The flat comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. You'll be able to enjoy the sun at any time of day thanks to its east/west exposure.

The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sofa bed and TV.
- A dining area with a high table for up to 4 guests
- A fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, oven.
- An east-facing sleeping area, separate from the living area, with a double bed (140x190), closet and bookcase.
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
- A west-facing balcony to enjoy the sunsets

L'Escapade Malouine "Logement très agréable, moderne, bien agencé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu passer un super séjour à Saint-Malo, bien placé le logement nous a permis de profiter des alentours. La place de parking était un vrai atout également. Hôte réactif, très arrangeant et gentil. Livret d’accueil avec recommandations dans l’appartement. Logement propre, linge de lit et serviettes fournies. Un beau balcon très agréable également. Nous avons été très satisfaites ! Je vous le conseille sans hésitation !"

Was duidelijk niet van een particulier maar groot verhuur bedrijf. Het plastic en de stickers zaten nog op keukendeurtjes en apparatuur..Plantjes balkon hingen uitgedroogd in bakje."

L'Escapade Malouine Endroit très sympas, facile pour ce garer. Malgré le faite que les draps était sale avec des taches et des poils qui est quand même pas très sympas. Quelque petite choses vraiment pas grave mais à prévenir quand même, pas de savons pour les mains, c’était dit qu’il y avait gel douche et autres sauf que nous n’en avions pas. Quand même assez petit pour 4 personnes. Mais assez pour 2. On entend un peu le bruit des voitures mais ce n’est pas non plus dérangeant. Par contre Bonne luminosité, voisinage très sympas et on s’y sens super bien !! Et saint Malo c’est vraiment super beau !!
