Ski In/Out -Winter Park - Steps to Gondola - Hot Tubs - Lockers - Sleeps 4

Location is everything and this place has it, and more. Right in the heart of Winter Park Village, just 100 yards to the gondola, and with views of the Continental Divide.
The condo has one queen bedroom plus one pull-out couch.
It has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Because we use the condo ourselves, the kitchen is stocked with most basic extras like sugar, honey, olive oils etc. No guarantees, because sometimes these items are not replaced by other guests when emptied. But we restock when we know things are needed.
KEY ITEM ALERT: There is no dining room table. Meals are at the high-top bar with bar stools, or on the coffee table in front of the tv.
The coffee table was recently replaced, but don’t let that stop you from putting your feet up on the table when relaxing on the couch. WE DO!
There are two new, smart tvs in the living room and bedroom, both of which offer a full cable package.
Our favorite part may be the deck that overlooks the mountains. It has an overhang for extra protection during storms (only a few units have this), allowing you to enjoy the weather without getting snowed or rained on.
We love the mattress and the darkness in the bedroom that allows us to sleep better than at home.
Everyone has different ideas about sofa beds, including us. Our kids sleep with the mattress on the bed, while our friends pull the mattress onto the floor. Do whatever makes you comfortable. There is also an air mattress if that works better for you, or you want to have a 5th guest come over. It is a tight fit, but can be done.
There are two hot tubs at your building, Riverside, and you can check how crowded they are from the balcony before heading down. There are also two more hot tubs in the adjacent building, called Slopeside.
There is a fitness room in the bottom of your building also.
You have your own, private ski locker on the first floor, next to the lobby. And Starbucks is 20 steps from your village entry door.
100% of your cleaning fee goes to the cleaner, Alaina. The cleaning part is easy, but all laundry has to be done off-site, which can be a pain sometimes for her.

Perfect location at the base of the Gondola. Easy ski storage and access to plenty of apres ski and restaurants. Unit was simple, clean and comfortable.

Great space for Winter Park access

The company they use from Denver to market this place was less than helpful or useful. Made it a frustrating experience. Think the owners could put themselves in a better position by parting ways with them. People at front desk of lodge very kind and helpful although the owners tell you that they can’t solve problems for you. They were lovely and clearly trained in customer service for answering questions and getting you the right connections and information you need. Thumbs up to the people at the Zephyr, thumbs down to whoever the owners used to market their place.

Perfect home away from home

This condo was PERFECT, and yes all caps are necessary to express how great this space was. To start I accidentally booked the wrong dates, an amazing Evolve team member helped me fix the reservation it was so easy and she was so kind and helpful. I texted the host to introduce my self and requested an early checkin and the host was so accommodating, he also let me know the guest book was not in great shape, a small detail but I so appreciate the attention to detail. When I walked through the door the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the space was. While I was in the heart of Winter Park I chose to order take out so I could enjoy a meal on the patio. Have such a great place to call home while traveling made packing up and checking out hard. Thank you for sharing your home with me!!

Clean cozy condo in great location

I was so impressed with how clean this condo was! Often I have to wash dishes in vacation rentals before we can use them but this place was spotless including the dishes. Great location in the Winter Park Village with convenient parking for extra charge. Ski lockers on main level make it easy to get your gear and get the lifts early. No one else at hot tubs mid-day to early afternoon so we go to enjoy those even with Omicron. Towels for hot tub in condo was a plus. Would stay here again.

Can’t beat location!

This ski in and ski out condo is ideal. Made skiing for our family so convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated garage. Accommodations were nice. Beds were comfortable although the pullout is not comfortable unless you place mattress on the ground; then it was fine. Would stay again!

Generous people

Nice place. Access to skiing less than advertised not because of anything owner can control. Gondola was not functioning. My wife got injured and we had to cut trip short. Owner was very gracious and refunded last two nights. He was under no obligation to do so.

Convenient, good place to stay.

I would stay here again. Very convenient to the Zephyr Lift. Ground level locker for ski storage was handy. Hide a bed sofa had a temper pedic style foam mattress. Our teenagers said it slept good the first night but the second night said it was even better putting the mattress on the floor. We didn’t cook but kitchen seemed to have the basic supplies you would need. Towels and bedding were in good shape and master bed was very comfy. It was nice to be able to park the car and relax.

Nice place over looking hot tubs with some Mountain View. Stocked nicely with amenities. Only thing we experienced was the thermostat didn’t regulate the room temp. We opened the windows in both he den and bedroom. Owner was relatively quick to respond to my questions.

Perfect ski in / out condo!!

My wife and I along with out 3 year old daughter spent the week of Christmas here and had a great time! The condo was spotless when we arrived and the owner was very accommodating and easy to contact. We couldn't have asked for a nicer person to rent from. He happened to be flying out of Denver at the same time we were and took the time to come find us and introduce himself. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Winter Park if it is available.

Great condo for summer getaway

We loved this cute little condo. Great space for cooking, and lovely porch for sitting and listening to the river. The only down side was not the fault of this condo, but the fault of other visitors. Both nights we slept with windows open to hear the river sounds (and also b/c we needed to for the cool air), which was lovely most of the time. First night, several in the hot tub were drinking late (post 10 pm) and were swearing up a storm, and LOUD. Our kids could hear every word. Second night, we were woken up twice in the middle of the night (2 am or so) by women outside talking or yelling. So wonderful place to stay, super cute, but other visitors kind of ruined our sleep both nights.

Perfect condo for a Winter Park vacation

The condo was nicely appointed and incredibly convenient. You do have to pay for parking which was a bit disappointing and the housekeeper had been lax with a few items. Otherwise, everything was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!!

Birthday wish come true!

My birthday is 28th of December. I turned 60 this year! I had told my wife that the only thing that would make my 60th birthday bearable would be to get back on snow skies after having let 20 years slip by since my last ski trip! It was truly my only wish and not very realistic since I had endured 6 knee and 3 hernia surgeries during the 20 year hiatus. But to my complete surprise, she booked us into this condo at Winter Park for Christmas and my birthday! Winter Park was one of the only ski resorts in Colorado I hadn't skied, because before my knee trouble, I skied avidly with friends from Evergreen all over the state. But never Winter Park. What an unexpected surprise! Truly an amazing venue! Like hidden treasure! Absolutely wonderful! That sums it up! The property we stayed in was very well appointed with lots of extras, including a bottle of wine left for us by the owner, not to mention he even referred us to a restaurant in town and when we sat down to eat they informed us that the owner had arranged to buy our dinner! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, it seemed like everyone knew everyone, a small town atmosphere. We were located such that we could rent everything we needed and jump right on the lift! The mountain was perfect for me because it offered so much variety of green and blue runs. I was afraid that it might get boring since I had decided not to push it and ski easy but I didn't have to ski the same runs over and over as I feared I might, it was great! We skied 4 days, and two days we closed the mountain and our last run we had all to our selves, it was amazing! Absolutely exceeded my expectations and fulfilled my big wish! I can't wait to go back and I certainly recommend the resort to everyone, regardless of skill level,..or age! lol!

I travel a lot for work but am always happy to come home to Colorado. And when in CO, I spend many days at the condo in both the summer and the winter.

We (wife, kids and I) bought this condo in 2014 after skiing here since 1992, when we moved to Colorado. We always skied the Jane, and were lucky to get this condo when it came on the market. We wanted to buy when they were originally built, but it just wasn’t the best idea at that time in our life.
We find ourselves using it in the summer also whenever possible.

The most unique thing about this property is that the outdoor patio has a roof overhead that extends away from the building, allowing you to sit on the patio, and not get hit by any snow or rain that might be blowing in sideways. Only a few units in the building offer the extra overhang from the roof.
