Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the room nice and appreciate you letting us know about the missing items. Our cleaners leave 3 rolls of toilet paper, but I am sorry if that was not adequate for your 3 night stay. In th future, just reach out to us and we can send housekeeping up with more supplies needed. New sink stopper / strainer was purchased today, and put in the condo. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the hot tubs; they’re maintained by the building and were unfortunately out of our control during your stay. I am surprised that the HOA did not post signs that the other 2 hot tubs for the other building were avail to you. I will take this matter up with them first thing tomorrow morning. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again (with a better experience)

I’m very sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. This is not the standard we expect from our housekeeping team, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can address it directly and ensure it does not happen again. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bedding and furnishings. Guest comfort is important to us, and your feedback has been shared as we review upgrades and replacements throughout the unit. While I regret that parts of your stay did not meet expectations, I do value the time you took to provide constructive input, as it helps us improve for future guests.

While the condo has had updates over time, we understand how “newly remodeled” can set expectations for a more modern feel, and your feedback is helpful as we continue planning future improvements. We’ll also review your notes regarding the thermostat readability. Had the HOA office not been open, we do ALWAYS have a plan "B" ready. Sending you down 2 floors was the fastest and easiest way for me to help you promptly. We have lockboxes onsite, so if the HOA office was not open, we would have just sent you there. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing constructive feedback. We’re glad the overall stay was positive, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with an even better experience.
