Cozy up at Hadley Hills condo nestled on top of Beech Mtn in the Pinnacle Inn Resort.

5⭐"If I could rate this 10 stars, I would!!" ⭐

>> 7 mins to skiing, 6 mins to Overlook Barn, 4 mins to Fred's General Store
>> Wood burning fireplace
>> Washer & dryer in unit
>> Free parking, unit is very close to parking lot
>> Sleeps 6 in 2 queen beds and 1 queen air mattress
>> Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots, pans provided - we don't provide food/drinks)


- Balcony with views of the ski slope
- 2 full bathrooms (master bath has a shower/tub combo and hallway bath has a shower only)
- Dedicated work space
- Outdoor resort amenities - large outdoor decks, picnic tables and grills, playground, shuffleboard, mini golf, tennis and pickleball courts

Early check-in available upon request and subject to departing guests!

No elevators, 2nd floor condo only accessible by stairs.

No A/C. Ceiling fans are located in each room as well as extra fans in the bedrooms. Summer temperatures range from 60-low 80s and are typically in the low 70's.

Security camera disclosure: 1 ring doorbell camera located by the exterior front door.

We are located at the very top of Beech Mountain. 4WD and/or snow chains are a MUST in the winter months! Please monitor weather for travel conditions.

APRIL NOTICE: The All Seasons Center (pool, hot tub, exercise facility) is typically closed for maintenance. Get our lowest prices of the year!

We spent a weekend at Hadley hills and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4, very clean, reasonably priced, and our kids loved all the amenities at the community pool/arcade. Would highly recommend!

Very nice place, cozy, clean, well-appointed with everything we needed. Great location, easy walk to restaurants and a shuttle to take us to the resort. Communication was great and the guest book was thorough and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This was the perfect stay for our weekend getaway to the mountains. Not only is the property perfectly located within walking distance to anything you might need, the layout, cleanliness, and amenities provided were fantastic. This will be our first choice for future visits!

Great location, easy access for skiing

Loved this cute little place! We stayed for the weekend for snowboarding at beech and loved being able to walk to the slopes and ski down to the lifts and also the walkable distance to the convenience stores and the delicious pizza place. Jennifer was an excellent host and timely communicator. I’m sure we will be back!

Oasis in the mountains

This property is wonderfully decorated with lots of small touches, cozy blankets in every room, and comfortable beds and furniture. Walking in was like walking into your own home. The morning sunrise or sunset from either deck is breathtaking. It’s conveniently located to everything you’ll want to do and you can walk right into town through a well-maintained path. Although we weren’t there much, when we were it was a comfortable, well-appointed space.
