Our neighborhood is a quiet safe retreat, surrounded by stunning mountain and creek views. It’s not uncommon to spot wild turkeys or white-tailed deer wandering nearby, and from the front porch, you can often see cattle grazing in the distance—a truly serene and pastoral sight.

During the snowy season the neighborhood roads are maintained by the city, offering easy access year round.

We bought this property with our growing family at heart. With young children and aging parents, it was important to us to find a place that everyone could enjoy comfortably.
