The view was great and we loved watching movies on the tv! Beds were very comfortable and temperature matched the thermostat quickly. Very close to downtown and convenient stores. Plenty of towels and pillows and blankets for each bed. Overall loved it and would stay again!

Summer Trip to Breckenridge

VRBO listing was 100% truthful as were/are all of the reviews. Owner sent us check-in instructions as soon as we paid in full along with a welcome email. Check-in was a breeze as was checking out. Things to know:House comfortably hosted 4 adults both inside and on the back deck. 6 might be a touch crowded seating wise in the living room but will definitely sleep 6 as there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 with twins.As another user noted, the decor is a little dated, but the furniture and the view MORE than make up for it. The house is closer to the ski lifts and downtown Breckenridge than you realize. Most everything is within 10 miles or less.The owner is easy to work with and extremely responsive to emails - he usually answered within 12 hours or less.Start to finish this is one of the easiest rentals to book and work with. And the view could not be beaten!

Comfy basics at a good price

It ain't the Ritz, but then again, you aren't paying for it. The place is comfortable with a good amount of seating and everything you need. Nothing matches, but everything is there. There are books. Spare towels. Spices and kitchen usefuls like sandwich bags, spices, salt and sugarr. This appears to be a group effort as successive renters supplement the supplies when something runs out. Either way it works. Beds were comfy, keys etc. went smoothly, and the view out the back is spectacular. Just don't insist on modern or new...

Amazing weekend

Everything in the house was perfect! The location could not have been better for our son’s hockey tournament and then skiing. We loved the vintage charm of the home all the way down to VHS tapes that included some of our absolute favorites. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in with VRBO homes, the kitchen had everything we needed and there was even a great selection of board games. It’s perfect for families wanting to spend time together in Breckenridge

Great little place

Great place to stay on the outskirts of town which has all the essentials. Free shuttle bus a short walk away so easy to get in to town. Nice and quiet location.

Great Deal!

Myself and 3 other adult men stayed here for a fishing trip. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and a great size. Definitely the best value in Breckenridge.

The Location was Perfect !!! 300 plus Vendors , all together in Breckenridge was Great, Eat , Shop , Massage , Shop , Eat , Dance , Drink - all Day - into the Night / Morning. Great Scenery , Great Atmosphere.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. First off, the price is very reasonable. I love vintage and that home is definitely it. Every basic home necessity was made available for us. The river that runs across at the bottom of the backyard was amazing. Mr. Powers provided great information about the house and town. I mentioned to him that my husband and I were hiking our first 14er and he gave us advice on that. The town itself is very charming. We are from El Paso,Texas and have never seen anything like it. We would definitely go back again.

Easy communication with owner. Had an issue with water on the carpet and owner responded quickly. Liked the location and easy access to bus.

Love love love this place

This is our favorite place to stay! We stay here several times every year. Rick’s place is like being at home. The kitchen has all amenities you need along with extras like spices, sugar flour etc. no waste happening here. The new couch is a great addition. Bathrooms are equipped with plenty of towels and toiletries. Love having the washer dryer to clean ski masks after each day. The house is definitely 70-80s decore. It is very clean and well maintained. We love that Rick is able to share his home away from home with us. Thanks.

Ski weekend home base

It's a basic location but serves the purpose well. Comfortable, cozy and simple. It's value for your money, especially for a group spending most of their time on the mountain or in the town center.
