We rented for an extended ski vacation (5 weeks) and enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very pleasant to work with and replied to any questions or request in a timely manner. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the real fire place was a great touch and it has covered parking. It’s an easy walk to Main Street shopping and restaurants. There are 3 bus stops within 1-2 mins and the gondola is about a 5 min walk. We normally took the gold line from the Ski Hill condo stop (1 min walk) to peak 7 or 8. When returning to the condo we would ski the 4 o’clock trail to the gondola ski back. Then walk about 2 mins back to the condo building. It’s a great location.

Check in was a bit confusing because I had to call to receive renter’s agreement in order to get condo access the day of check in. Ski conditions not great, but you can’t control the weather. The condo was awesome and memorable for our family vacation!

Condo was nice and rusty as advertised, and the great thing it was walking distance to the gondola and Breckenridge town. The view from the condo wasn't as I expected, and no window in the secondary bedroom. Overall, it was okay.

Directions were good although parking was a little confusing. As there is only one parking spot and nothing nearby there is additional expense and difficulty. This was a 2 bedroom condo so 2 parking spaces or some guidance on overnight parking would have been very helpful.Location was very good. Close to town.The bunk bed in second bedroom was uncomfortable. Can’t sit up in bed and hard mattress. The air was dry. The only small humidifier in the apartment did not work.The place is showing its age.

Great place for families!

The property was spacious and the interior design was lovely. I really liked the comfy furniture and it was great to come back to after so many activities in the snow. I definitely would recommend others to stay here and hope to return! Plus, the owners were very communicative and helpful.

Perfect in every way

It was an amazing property. So well appointed and comfortable, our group of 4 really felt at home. It was so well located, quick and easy access to town, gondola and more conveniently the free bus that went from just outside the property straight to Peak 7 and 8. Really good and comprehensive information in the folder left by the owner. We loved it and would definitely recommend the property and would stay again if we are in the area.

Perfect location!

We had a great time at this property. Easy access to ski lifts and easy walk to town. Everything we needed was available in the condo. My family of 4 were very comfortable and all of the recommendations the owner gave us for restaurants etc were excellent. We would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation would be to either steam clean the carpet because there are a lot of stains on it or remove them and put in something easier to maintain like tile.

Great access to skiing and town - no car needed

We loved our stay in this very comfortable condo that is walkable to the gondola for Peak 8 and walkable to town. The kitchen has a nice variety of spices and utensils available, making it very easy to cook some for ourselves. We got our own locked storage closet for our ski's so we did not have to bring those into the condo daily. The management company was easy to work with. would absolutely go back in a heart beat!

As expected

Great location and as expected. Building is a bit tired and unit could use some updating but generally clean and well stocked. Surprised there was no cable provided. Internet was ok and having to set up online services less than desirable. We had a small plumbing issue that was handled quickly by maintenance team.

Disappointing

We experienced dirty carpets, water damage and mold in the bathroom, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and several lightbulbs burnt out. We also noticed there were reading glasses tucked between the headboard and the mattress on the morning we left. These were not our glasses, and our fear is that the sheets did not get changed between the stay before and our’s. Breckenridge is such a cute town to visit, but this poor experience took away from the overall experience. By far the worst we’ve rented. Will not stay here again. In addition, when we checked out the manager we spoke with was kind, but the girls behind the desk were rude and their body language towards us and our concerns was unprofessional.

Hi Katie, We pride ourselves on providing clean and comfortable accommodations that have a great location. With dozens of positive reviews and hundreds of happy prior guests we’ve always accomplished that in the past. As the owner I put a great reliance upon the cleaning crew to make sure the unit is clean and ready for guests, but it sounds like they did a subpar job prior to your stay - and for that I’m sorry. I will talk to them to express my concerns to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future. I’m sorry I wasn’t alerted to your concerns during your stay so that we could have attempted to fix them, and thus, improved your overall experience. Great location and comfortable condo

Walkable to Main Street and to the Gondola, and close to hiking trails. The condo is quiet. Kids loved the bunk bed and the kitchen is well stocked to eat in. The condo is a bit dark and there is no window in the second bedroom. Overall, excellent condo for what it offers

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful week. The condo is perfectly located in relation to getting to the lifts quick and easy (only 1 block from the gondola and a great run at the end of the day for an even quicker return). Main street was literally at our doorstep!

Great Location!

The condo is a great location, you can walk to the Gondola and ski home via the 4 O'Clock run. The condo could use some upgrades (linens and pillows) and a new sofa (the cushions are coming out of the sofa). Overall, well stocked, great location and clean hot tub.

We had a great stay at this property. Property manager had great communication, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Location was ideal—Right across the street from the gondola and short walk to restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again

All about location

Location can’t be beat. There is no need to move your car once you arrive. Unit has massive potential, but is very dated. Bedding is yuck. Top bunk sheets hadn’t been changed. My son slept first night sleeping on the couch. Owners should spend the price of two nights stay and invest in crisp white linens, duvets and pillows (and pillow protectors), and get rid of all the old stuff stacked in the closets. A fondue set and new crockpot would be lovely perks! If they painted, refreshed decor and updated LR furniture, they could be charging more. Unit needs a deep clean by pros. (Baseboards, dusty old knickknacks.) Major concern: during 6 hour nighttime power outage (6pm - midnight), the emergency lighting in hallways and stairwells failed to work. There were no flashlights in the unit. (And only two old candles we found) If you ski and eat out every night (difficult during omicron surge) and bring your own pillows, you’ll be okay.

Hi Jen, We are glad you enjoyed the condo’s location and hopefully enjoyed your stay in Breckenridge. I’d like to address a few of your points. Sheets and linens are provided by my property management company and are of hotel quality and comparable with what you’d see in most other condos in Summit Co. We’ve never had a guest express concern over them but I will pass your feedback on to my property management company. Sheets are obviously changed between guest stays; anything else would be unsanitary, disgusting and unacceptable. The unit itself was remodeled 7 years ago and the living room furniture was replaced 2 years ago. I know because I selected, purchased and installed it. The furniture is still in top shape with no wear and tear so I’m wondering why you believe the unit, leather couches and furnishings to be “dated” and in need of replacing. The unit is also regularly deep cleaned (and obviously cleaned between guest stays), but again will pass your concerns on to my property management company, who are in charge of coordinating the cleanings/deep cleans. We’ve gotten many compliments on the fully-stocked kitchen so I’m not sure why it would be necessary to eat out every night, but to each their own, I suppose. The feedback on the flashlights is a good one and I will make sure more are added to the unit. -Eric

After falling in love with each other, we fell in love with Breckenridge. Fast forward a few years and we were fortunate enough to buy a property in Breck.

Our condo is at the crossroads of everything. Being from Denver and having spent a considerable amount of time in the Rockies, we knew we wanted a place in Breckenridge that was close to the slopes. The condo's location close to the mountain has its benefits; we enjoy being able to leave the comforts of our condo and being on the slopes in minutes. Meanwhile, at lunch or after a day on the slopes, the convenience of skiing or snowboarding back to the condo cannot be beat. We also love being able to walk to downtown and enjoying the many restaurants, bars and shops up and down Main St.

From Breck's epic powder to the town's friendly vibe to its endless summer nights, the town is truly a mountain paradise.
