Not much for the water? No worries – we’ve got a nice patio set for you to absorb some rays on! It’s perfect for grabbing a bite to eat and, through the sliding patio door, you’re steps away from the kitchen. It’s the best of indoor/outdoor living!

• 3 Burner Grill with utensils is available for rent upon request for 1 week, Price $126 (Tax included). Please let me know a least 3 days in advance for me to be able to coordinate with the renting company. If you want it for one more week, it will be $50 more (Tax included).

Please notify at least 3 days in advance if you are planning to use the Pool Heater to be able to turn it on and have it ready for your arrival. Our fee is a daily $50 (taxes included) for the duration of your stay

Note that the house pool/spa temperature is highly affected by climate and weather. Therefore, the pool heat may not work at its optimum when outside temperature goes below 65ºF.
