NEW to VRBO! Pets negotiable! Completely renovated, sun drenched house with an open floor plan across the street from the beach! Ocean Blvd is known as Millionaire's Row, there is no public parking available on Ocean Blvd for extra peace, quiet and privacy. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fenced in backyard. Pets negotiable based on size and number.
This modern yet comfortable beach house has been completely renovated, from roof, floors, windows and HVAC to kitchen appliances and interiors including furniture.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, each with an en suite bathroom. The master is at the rear of the house and has back deck access. The master bathroom has a shower and the second master suite has a bath tub/ shower combo. The entire downstairs has hardwood floors or tile.
There is a study leading to the upstairs bedrooms. The entire upstairs is carpeted with brand new carpet. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with a stall shower. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and an extra sitting area with a window seat overlooking Ocean Blvd. Both upstairs bedrooms have skylights and offer privacy away from the downstairs living area and bedrooms.
The downstairs has a deck overlooking Ocean Blvd and well as private screen porch with rocking chairs. The living area has a comfortable sectional and dining table with seating for 6. There is additional bar seating in the kitchen.
There are three televisions in the house; one Smart TV in the living room, one cable TV in the master and one in the upstairs twin bedroom. There is WiFi throughout.
There is an outdoor shower underneath the house. The driveway has additional parking to easily accommodate up to 8 cars.
Please note this house is on a septic tank and only toilet paper can be flushed.
No parties or events of any kind.
All Isle of Palms laws, restrictions must be obeyed at all times including the noise
ordinance.
The owner is not responsible for WiFi or cable connection due to the home being on a barrier island. Refunds are not offered for outages.
