In the evening enjoy dinner on the back deck and sip some wine by the stone-wrapped fire pit or on the dock swing while watching an unforgettable Lowcountry sunset. Soak up the views of the waterway, marshes, silhouettes of bridges, and the various local wildlife.

The kitchen is fit for a chef and features a gas stove, double ovens, warming drawer, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, icemaker, wine cooler, three sinks, tons of prep space and a large pantry.

The grill master will not be disappointed with the choice of both gas and charcoal grills. Other outdoor features include a private outdoor shower and a half bath.

The home features two spacious bedrooms on the main floor with a queen size bed in each as well as an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Another bedroom with waterfront views and an ensuite bathroom is located on the second floor along with the master suite. The master suite is truly breathtaking and features a king size bed, gas fireplace, private balcony overlooking the water, a large walk-in custom closet, and a luxurious bathroom with a large soaking tub, rainfall shower, double sink vanity, and make-up vanity.

Guests must sign and acknowledge a rental contract before their stay. Check in time is anytime after 4:00pm and check out is anytime ,before 10:00am. The home does not allow, smoking, vaping, pets, parties or events. Security deposit of $500 will be processed by the host on the guest's credit card.
