Summary:
This beautiful home is located on a quite cove close to Seneca and Clemson and South Cove boat ramp. Bathrooms were renovated in 2024 to be easier for people with mobility issues. The kitchen has been updated and boasts floor to ceiling windows looking out on the porch and lake. The property features a covered dock, screen porch, front porch, lakefront gazebo, fire pit, and a grill. Enjoy the canoe, kayaks, billiards, foosball, books, movie library, and theater room!

Amazing house and amenities. Perfect quiet cove on beautiful Lake Keowee within 15 minutes of Seneca. We had an incredible weekend with friends in town for the LSU/Clemson game and were so fortunate to snag this house last minute. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location, great lake house, good times where had by all. House amenities were good, small note there is not garbage disposal in the kitchen. Felt like the house had not been used recently, downstairs had many cobwebs when walking around open areas and the ceiling fan in the living room was covered in cobwebs.

Great graduation celebration

We stayed here with family for our daughter’s graduation from Clemson. Nice gathering space on the porch. The game room downstairs was nice. The dock was great to hang out on. We rented jet skis one day. Good layout with bedrooms and beds for all. We had one small issue at check in but the company quickly resolved the issue.

Great home for several families

Came for the weekend to see a Clemson game. Six adults and 5 teens slept comfortably. Great space!! Wish we could have enjoyed longer.

The homeowner graciously came to us during our stay to address the nonfunctioning TV on day 2. There were several problems with the house like broken toilet seat, shower door. The outdoor seating spaces were not clean. The house overall had everything we needed though and we enjoyed our week despite the rain. I did not have good communication with the property manager

Get together for our daughters bday

Everything was great except we when we got there after hours the key code would not work. The company didn’t answer so I left a message. Called the cleaner and she told us how to get in and came by at 10 on a Friday night and cleaned up a mirror that had shattered. She was great. Her name is Missy. The property person called at 1115 to check on us. She was frustrated too that we couldn’t get in. The stay was awesome other than that.
