Nestled in a peaceful deep-water cove in Seneca, this charming lake retreat offers the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort, and outdoor fun. With calm waters ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and lounging by the lake, guests can fully enjoy everything lake life has to offer.

The home features 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms on the main level, including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. The spacious master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, jetted bathtub, hair dryer, and flat iron for added convenience. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and Roku access, making it easy to unwind after a day on the water.

Downstairs, the basement level offers a spacious family-style bedroom with garage access, featuring 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, a large TV, and a recliner — perfect for families or larger groups. Guests will also enjoy the cozy basement living area complete with a laundry space, additional refrigerator for food and beverages, 2 recliners, and 2 futons for extra sleeping arrangements. Entertainment options abound with a large TV, PS4 gaming system, and a wide selection of DVDs and PS4 games.

There’s plenty of space to relax throughout the home, beginning with the inviting upstairs living room featuring a large sectional sofa, recliner, and swivel chair. Just steps away, the screened-in porch and expansive deck provide the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee, watch your favorite show outdoors, or simply take in the peaceful sounds of nature and stunning cove views.

This a beautiful, well-maintained property in a quiet neighborhood. The view of the lake from the living room, screened patio, and open deck was very nice. The house was comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was large and functional. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation or a large family gathering.

Last weekend, we stayed at this residence to attend a Clemson game. The house was pristine and furnished with all the essential amenities, comfortably accommodating nine guests. It is located directly on the lake, offering stunning scenic views. We will certainly consider staying here again, given its convenient location only twenty minutes from Clemson and it's beautiful property.

We’ve loved the close-knit feel and strong sense of community in this neighborhood. After more than 10 wonderful years here, we decided to share our home so others can enjoy the same experience. Most of the neighbors are full-time residents, which creates a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The area is also known for consistently great water levels, making it ideal for boating, fishing, and enjoying lake life year-round.

The multi-level layout — featuring both a main floor and a fully equipped basement suite — makes it ideal for large families, multiple couples, or groups traveling together while still allowing everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space.

The home is also designed with entertainment and relaxation in mind. Multiple smart TVs, a PS4, DVD collection, and generous seating areas create the perfect setup for movie nights, game time, or simply relaxing indoors after a day on the water.
