The home provides spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom accommodation, complimentary WiFi and its own large private screened pool. This comfortable and well furnished home is conveniently located with quick and easy access to the junction of Florida's Turnpike and Osceola Parkway providing direct routes to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks (15 mins), Universal (18 mins) and Sea World (18 mins). It occupies a sunny and peaceful position located in a quiet residential area away from main road traffic. It is also conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. The pool area benefits from the sun all day and overlooks a magnificent open space area with lake views. The living area has two sofas one of which converts to a bed. The kitchen/diner is well equipped and has a microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, toaster, coffeemaker, pans. The home has an ample supply of towels & linens and is also equipped with a washer and dryer. There is cable TV in the living room, master bedroom and queen bedroom and the home is equipped with free Wi-Fi and free local/US calls. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.

Great Stay

The property is nice, in a great neighborhood, close to amenities. The neighbor was friendly, the pool was fantastic and when we had one small issue, it was promptly rectified. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing after the hurricanes

Booked for an event that wound up being cancelled due to Hurricane Milton. We were assured the property was fine and IT WAS GREAT!

Start up supplies very limited. Pool safety very poor, no hand rails. No grab in showers. For us the beds were too high. This home would not accommodate anyone with a disability. Dineing room chair cushions were not attached to chair

Filthy

Home was totally filthy. Mold in shower/grout. Register vents dirty. Whole house dusty. Rangehood fell onto the stove filled with grease. Dishes in the cabinet were wet and dirty. Silverware and knives in the butcher block looked like they were never washed. Base around toilet bowl smelled of urine and looked like urine. All floors dusty. Even house rules book had a big smear on it. When you book a place that has a cleaning fee, you would expect the place to be cleaned prior to your arrival. You shouldn't have to call anyone to clean after you arrive for your trip.

Zugang zu dem Haus war am ersten Tag erfolgreich. Das Keypad hat nicht funktioniert, evtl. wussten wir nicht wie es funktioniert. Aber der Schlüssel war im Tresor und wir konnten in das Haus. Das Haus ist schön gross mit einer tollen aber teils älteren Ausstattung. Die Küche ist sicher schon 40 Jährig aber funktionstüchtig. Der Wohnbereich ist offen, mit bequemen Sofa und TV mit Disney Plus

Fiquei uma noite apenas , das 5 pagas Ar condicionado funcionando mal nos quartos, pouca ventilação ( Obs : tomei cuidado como no e-mail que recebo para fechar todas as janelas Tentei então usar um ventilador que estava num quarto com devoração de mickey , mas ele estava pifado , bem como a luz do quarto não acendia Iniciei uma lavagem de louça , e , para minha sorte, não cai , pois começou a vazar água e escorreguei na entrada da cozinha….sai então no dia seguinte , pois não queria estragar minhas preciosas férias…. Obrigado por poder expressar aqui minha insatisfação

Beautiful property and location

Great property in a great location within 15 minutes of everywhere you could possibly want to go. Great size house with amazing pool and peaceful pool area and amazing views of the lake.
