Other things to note:

PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. There are a maximum of 2 pets and they must be well-trained. We charge a $90 pet fee.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, patio, or within 5 feet of the building's entrances. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO EXCESSIVE PARTIES/EVENTS
This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.

No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults.

QUIET HOURS
10PM-8AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Other things to note
Please note that the owners keep their grey mini van parked at the property while away. You can park in additional space in driveway or on the street for additional free parking.

Also, the garden and pool maintenance tends to the pool and garden on most days early in the morning. They enter through back gate and leave from there too. This is to keep the pool and garden in tact for your stay.
