The space
This unique place has a style all its own. Room is equipped with microwave, mini fridge, TV, laundry area, table for two and a brand new shower. The I-10 is less than two miles away which makes it an easy drive to Tánger Outlet, Westgate Entertainment Center, Desert Sky Mall and much more. The Cardinals stadium is also very close by.
Room is located on the back of owners property. There are more guests on the property. Every guest has their own private entrance.

Guests have private room with private entrance on the back of the house. Parking is on driveway.
Other things to note
If there's any problem at all, like the shower temperature or extra linens, please feel free to contact us. It's incredibly easy for us to fix these problems and improve your stay.
Please do not smoke inside the room, please do so outside, there is plenty of space outside for that :)
If room is left smelly because of the use of Marijuana, there will be a fee. This is very inconvenient for the upcoming guests and also for the owner.
EVENTS/PARTIES: Please no parties.
No pets allowed please. It is incredibly hard to get rid of pet hair.

Friendly local host and high school math teacher. Being able to provide a lovely, comfortable place for guests to stay while keeping money out of corporate hands sparks joy for me. I host a couple of properties because I enjoy it and it brings extra income for my three girls which allows me to take them on child-friendly trips of their choice.
