With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests can unwind in comfort. The property also features a cozy office space with a sofa bed for added convenience. With an expansive full kitchen opening up into the living and dining room over a huge island, you can enjoy watching the football games on the 75” TV while preparing your culinary masterpiece. If that’s not enough, step outback to enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the large backyard featuring more then 1200 sq ft of deck space, a 400 sq ft paver patio with a built in firepit, and yard games to keep you entertained during your stay!

Went up with few friends for football game. Great location, easy walk to campus. Nicely renovated, would stay again!

Noah was fantastic- communication was excellent. The house was perfect for us and was in excellent condition. Very pleased with the location and flexibility of Noah. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for any of your Gainesville needs. Wonderful hosts who were very easy to communicate with. Some of the best beds I’ve ever slept in, nicely appointed lodging on all fronts. Nice extra little touch in providing snacks and beverages, along with ample coffee and tea, too! Only thing to note - we weren’t aware this is a multi-unit property (although we didn’t see or hear anyone staying in the other units on property at all).

The house was clean, roomy and the walking distance to the stadium was perfect. When we arrived we were not aware that it was a shared property, and we were greeted when walking out back to someone who lived downstairs of the rental and had dogs. Fortunately, we were all dog people.

Family Football Weekend

We had a great time and the house was perfect for three adult couples. Kitchen and living area had plenty of room for entertaining our kids for a dinner and the house was a short uber ride to the stadium and bars. too hot and rainy to walk this time of year.
