Sunset Moab 3 bedroom 2 bath Vacation Home w seasonal association pool & hot tub
Nestled between the red rock Moab Rim and the La Sal mountain range, 15 minutes to Arches National Park, and 40 minutes to Canyonlands; this Sunset Moab vacation home is surrounded by all of the trails and spectacular land space that make Moab world-famous. A short 5-minute drive to downtown, this single-family ranch home has everything you need and plenty of room for the whole family. We have a new walk-in spa-like shower (added Dec 2024) in the master bath and a beautiful indoor electric fireplace for warmth in the colder months and ambiance (added Jan 2025) in the living room. Find a new outdoor challenge every day and then enjoy a barbecue on our Weber Spirt EX-315 Smart Grill in the backyard with large teak table & chairs, or a take relaxing soak in the seasonal community pool or hot tub to complete the day's adventure. We also have a new community playground for kids to enjoy!

The plus side is the rentals are in places we want to be, like Moab, Maui, and Beaver Creek, CO We have a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom on Maui and a 6 Bedroom, 6.5 bath ski-in ski-out home in Beaver Creek.

This home sits four miles south of downtown Moab, where you'll find plentiful options for dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreational outfitters. Some of Utah's most beloved landscapes are an easy drive away, including Arches National Park (10 miles), Canyonlands National Park (35 miles), and Dead Horse Point State Park (38 miles). If you're a golfer, you can hit the links at the Moab Golf Club three miles northeast. If you're looking for something a bit more adventurous, you can take part in the Easter Jeep Safari with over 40 trails ranging in difficulty or go on an ATV tour.
