Bright airy loft in the heart of Habersham Marketplace available for 30+ night stays. 50% discount on nightly rate for 30+ night stays. Come visit this Southern Living inspired community in Beaufort, SC. This picturesque community is true lowcountry style with grand oaks, front porches and a completely walkable neighborhhood. Enjoy a wide variety of shops and restaurants right outside your door. Venture further into the neighborhood and you will find a pool with a view of the marsh, a dock with gazebo, River Retreat for watching sunset, and walking/biking trails.
Your loft has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a screened in porch. Furnishings are new and the space is clean and bright. **Please note we are in the process of updating the furnishings*** Come visit our coastal town and see why Southern Living Magazine has named Beaufort SC as one of the Best Small Towns in the South.
** 30 night minimum rental period** **No pets**
Please note this a true loft with two sets of staircases. One to reach the main floor and another to reach the bedrooms.

Great Time!

Everything was as advertised. Wish there was a TV in the second bedroom. We also enjoyed the daily air show from the jets stationed at Paris Island. Awesome power of the US Marines.

Wonderful loft

The whole process of renting this loft was effortless. Everything was as described and very clean and well furnished. The neighborhood was beautiful and very walkable with several nice restaurants very close to loft. . It is also convenient to Beaufort, about 20 minutes away. My husband and I had a relaxing stay. Would definitely rent again!!!

Gem of Habersham

Such a great space in the cool Habersham community. The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Easy access to downtown Beaufort, Hunting Island beach, Port Royal or just enjoying the charm of Habersham.
