This house name is perfect --- wait till you experience the Sweet & Salty down in Port A -- You walk into the main level and notice how coastal and upscale all of the furnishings are..... and you feel immediately like you have arrived in paradise.

When you head upstairs you will find the master bedroom, it invokes a sort of Seaside Sanctuary -- truly masterful. The comfy king-sized bed and sitting area provide space, privacy and relaxation. Families with children too young to sleep across the breezeway will appreciate the two chairs that convert to youth beds. The ensuite includes two full-sized closets, one of which has a portable crib and can be used as a nursery. The master bath has a separate soaking tub and shower to let you wind down each day. USB outlets, ceiling fan, television, hair dryer, views of both the swimming pool and neighborhood promenade complete the master suite.

Secluded from the main house by an upstairs breezeway, there are two more bedrooms. The first room finds yourself immersed in this king-sized bedroom features a private bath and closet with a view of the pool. If you continue through the hallway you will find yet another room! A family of four comfortably fits in this well-appointed guest room. The room features one queen-sized bed as well as a twin bunk bed each with reading lights and under-bed storage drawers. Private bathroom with tub/shower. You can see up and down the streets of the neighborhood from the small balcony off of this room.

One item you can`t miss through the wall of windows is the heated/cooled community pool right next door --- so much fun and easy to get to! When you walk out the front door you won`t want to miss taking a walk down the neighborhood promenade - it is lush and so lovely to do a night time walk with all of it lit up. You can enjoy coffee every morning while watching the sunrise from the upstairs breezeway. You can spend the day lounging on the turf and playing washers or corn hole. When you visit the beach you are welcome to take our beach toys, chairs, and ice chest with you! You can spend your evenings by the fire ring after a day at the beach, toasting to another fantastic day in Port A as the sun sets.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) Sweet & Salty VW25 provides 3 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage, for 3 vehicles. If you rent a golf cart there is a small space where the golf cart can fit. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 25. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced
