Affordable Luxury at Disney

My place is in Compass Bay, a nice and quiet gated community near the attractions and major roads. Only 6 miles to Disney Springs and all Disney parks, 5 miles to the Premium Outlets, 10 miles to Universal Studios. This is a new, nice, cozy and clean townhome with 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms. You will really enjoy the swimming pool, the covered picnic area, and the kids will love the playground too! Parking spaces are in front of the unit. Perfect for families, couples or group of friends.
The space
My space is a 1200sq ft town home nicely decorated. It is big enough for you to feel comfortable and small enough to be cozy. It was my first home in Orlando, and I have enormous joy when I'm there. Being there still reminds me of the feelings of accomplishment I had when I bought it as my first home in the US.
I keep this place as if I were still living there because I want you to feel the same joy when you come visit.

WIFI - Disney on a Budget - password is my phone number, which you will also find on the kitchen's wall.
Gate code: given once check in is confirmed
Door Code: given once check in-is confirmed- to open the door just enter the code, to lock it just press the locker bottom. Please double check that the door is locked before you leave the house. A regular key to the door is available in case the battery of the digital locker dies during your stay.
For any key lost, a $25 fee will be charged.
Other things to note
1) There is a light weight stroller in the closet of the master bedroom for your use while staying in the property.

2) If you buy anything online, please make sure you schedule delivery for ONLY during your stay and make sure it’s delivered at the door when you are at the property. There’s no concierge service or property office to handle your deliveries, so we will not be responsible for missing items.

3) Initial supply of essential amenities, such as soaps, toilet paper, paper towel etc will be provided.

And the one before that was another quick tour in Europe for my birthday, where I visited friends in Switzerland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany and Austria. As a little kid I dreamed about visiting Disney one day. And after much sacrifice, and already as an adult, I was able not only to visit Disney but also move to Orlando! When I moved here, I wanted Disney to be my backyard, and that is why I chose this location for my very first home in the US. This place has a lot of meaning to me, and I work really hard to keep updated and clean, so you can feel welcomed here as soon as you open the door! Beyond that, the location is unmatchable as it is at a very short walk from Walmart, gas stations, pharmacies, restaurants, outlets, and of course, at a very short drive to all Disney parks, Universal Studios, and many other attractions.

My property allows you to have a little bit of everything that Florida can offer: Themed parks, outlet shopping, nature: beaches and natural springs, and so much more. Plus, the gated community makes you feel safe, and the pool and playground allow you and your children to fully enjoy your vacation on those days when you just want to stay in.
