It is all about the views and tranquility!!! Spacious, Immaculate Waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, first floor condo with air conditioning. Truly ONE OF A KIND!!!!

Less than 100 ft from jumping in the ocean! Stunning water views from every window! Incredible sunset views of Provincetown's Monument, AND EXCLUSIVE USE of 25 x 30 ft oceanfront deck-No other unit has access to this magnificent deck. Imagine grilling and enjoying a glass of wine/beer or your favorite cocktail while watching the waves crash or taking in spectacular sunsets!

Sunny Open floor plan. It has a large fully modernized kitchen (fully equipped) with high end cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. This home has gleaming hardwood floors throughout.

The main living area is open concept with a spacious living room and comfortable leather couch. The living room has expansive windows and walks out onto the HUGE deck.

The deck features 2 custom picnic tables for ample outside eating and your own new barbecue. It is fully equipped with beach chairs and beach toys and fabulous "eco friendly" Adirondack chairs and lovely nautical loungers. Walk directly off the deck onto sand-no retaining walls -no stairs- the beach and the surf are right there. Not somewhere off in the distance.

The home has a gorgeously appointed bathroom with granite countertops, ceramic floors, and separate shower.

It also has two HUGE bedrooms with gleaming hardwood floors, exceptional high-end mattresses and gorgeous linens. The master has double sliding glass doors which looks out to the ocean and provides direct access to the 25 x 30 ft deck which is private for this unit only. It has a king bed and its own private bathroom. The front bedroom has amazing views of pilgrim's lake and features an extremely comfortable queen bed and 2 sleep chairs that turn into a queen size bed when opened together.

ALL LINENS, BATH, 6 BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED!!!

Excellent beach front bay condo

Outstanding property. Third time we have stayed there- spacious, clean, and right on the beach with a huge deck that enhances the amount of space you have substantially. Location is close to town. Good communication with owner.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at this beachfront condo! It was perfect for our young children as it was a quick walk down to the beach and a 7 minute drive into Provincetown with restaurants, playgrounds etc. We definitely plan on coming back!

Perfect week at the beach!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we will be back! Big deck that easily hosted dinners for our party of 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant, and comfortable inside -- clean all around, well appointed kitchen, convenient location close to major beaches and Provincetown. The bed was a little soft for our taste but other than that we had zero complaints. We had a great trip and look forward to coming back soon!

Our dream was always to have the opportunity to come back to our own space here. And here we are! We are happy to share our dream with you and your family and hope that you love it as much as we do.

This unit is in the perfect location! Right on the beach to enjoy the sun, ocean breeze and unbeatable sunsets. The home has a wonderful open concept with a lovely, large, bright kitchen which is really well laid out and stocked. The bedrooms are incredibly roomy. The home has so many upgrades and ice finishes and great sized cupboards. The crowning glory of this home is the view of the ocean and the proximity to the water. I know of no other condo which allows you a private 25 x 30 ft deck to enjoy the sun, the surf and the ocean views right on the beach. It's also a 10 minute drive or short ride on the bus (stops right in front of the unit) to Provincetown for shows, museums, tons of restaurants and night life. It is equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing getaway if you enjoy eating at home or a pick up a few things at the local market (5 minutes up the road) or at Stop n Shop in Provincetown. Don't want to cook? Just order in or take out or just go and enjoy the great variety of restaurants in Provincetown or in Wellfleet. Your choice! This is a very special gem and a true oasis!

We bought in Truro because...well it's just our favorite place to be! We love the sun, the sand, the rolling waves and abundant wildlife of this area. There are amazing parks and incredible dunes like nowhere else. The is the only part of the east coast where you can watch the sun set over the ocean. Come back during the different seasons and follow the sun set at various points over the ocean. And oh what spectacular sunsets they are!!

There are so many activities to do here all year round. We actually enjoy off season the best - especially when a storm comes up. So much fun to watch from the cozy living room. Yes, this is a year-round unit! You have the opportunity to come back and enjoy this beautiful, friendly, and hospitable area any time of the year from our huge, comfortable deck!

You just can't beat the fun of P-town minutes away. Filled with unique stores, culture, art galleries, exceptional restaurants and so much more! The people there are exceptionally friendly!
