Great location to see all of Provincetown. Could be cleaned more thoroughly, but well laid out. Ashame that laundry is in third bedroom, but common areas are nice.

Very comfortable house

We are four mature friends who look forward to our annual Ptown pilgrimage. The house provides us a wonderful place to be together and we enjoy the well appointed kitchen and spacious living room.

Ptown weekend during Pride Month

The house was clean and way bigger than it looks in the pictures. The location was perfect to walk to everything in Ptown. I'd definitely stay here again.

Provincetown stay

We had a great time, Ben, the owner was quick to reply to all my questions. The house was the perfect rental for a wedding my family and I came to the Cape for. The place was clean, stocked with the usual things that a hotel would have, and had parking for us.

Lovely and Accommodating!

Everything about the stay was wonderful! Our host was kind enough to let us in an hour early since we arrived early and cleaning was completed. That saved us from having to find another place to park! All the beds were super comfortable, and the photos were 100% accurate. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful week!

Unfortunately, the renters before us left some damage that was not discovered. Ben did an amazing job of doing everything in his power to get everything fixed quickly and with this little inconvenience on our vacation as possible. He was attentive, and very conscientious as our host. we had a comfortable stay in the location was perfect! Thank you so much, Ben

Great spot!

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. The kitchen really had almost everything we needed to cook our meal- which is really unusual. The location was terrific- close to the center but in a lovely neighborhood. We loved that we could bring our dog!The only thing I would mention is that there are quite a few stairs - from the front door to the bedrooms, then to the kitchen area and more to the living room. It did not bother us but my older in-laws would not have been able to negotiate all of them if they had been with us. I think it would be good to note that in the description. However- that should not detract you from staying here unless stairs are an issue for you. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Nice Getaway

My friends and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect. The property was very clean and spacious and sleeps 6 comfortably. Personally, I loved how the property was within close walking distance to head downtown but still far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the town. The owner of this place was very nice and accommodating. 11/10 would recommend.

Lovely location in quaint neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks spent at this well furnished townhouse. Since we do lots of cooking, the kitchen was particularly filled with the utensils and equipment necessary. The living room and deck were perfect! Hope to book again same two weeks next year. Suggestions for the owner to have a few blankets since we did have some cool evenings.

Good location, inside stairs, basement bedroom

This place had a good location near enough to commercial St, far enough to be quiet. It had stairs to two bedrooms and stairs to kitchen, stairs to the bathroom and living room. The third bedroom, 2nd bath were in an unfinished area of the basement that and not appealing or comfortable. Adequate for a short stay.

Worked ok for us, but a bit deceiving

We booked Benjamin's place for 3 couples (6 of us) over the holidays. We found the location to be very convenient, the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, and the main areas were clean and tidy. I do think it's helpful to point out though that we were somewhat disappointed with a few aspects. The third bedroom had a full bed (not queen(?) as the description states) and it was also in a very small basement room that also served as a laundry room. The second bathroom was located sort of as an ensuite with that basement room (makes it awkward for others to share), but at the same time it's a bit weird to shower with the furnace in the same room. There were also no spare linens anywhere in the house, nor was there hand soap, or more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. Just would have been helpful to know much of this in advance so we could prepare better. We felt like the place was a bit thrown together for our arrival, but overall, it worked.

Great location/ Not clean

1st, the location was great and the townhouse has the possibility of being great. It is not. almost everything needs to be cleaned. Moldy blender, cobwebs everywhere, rusted shower curtain rods, even the furniture ( leather chair in particular) was disgusting. The hanging lights were glass and covered in a layer of dusty grease with cobwebs. We spent the first 2 hours cleaning before we felt comfortable unpacking. We rewashed all dishes because every shelf has a layer of dust or crumbs on it. The ceiling fan is covered in dirt on both sides. The listing does not state that the one bedroom is in the basement and is also the laundry room There is no AC in the second bedroom. I could go on and on but no need but I am not a clean freak who wanted perfection. This was bad. To be fair, we did not notify the owner because at that point what could be done? We were not going to wait for someone to come clean and delay our vacation. I gave it 2 stars for location which is great. Maybe he has not been there in some time and does not know what it looks like. He needs to visit.
