It is a rustic cabin, it has most everything you need. It did not have oil which would have been helpful.
The ladder is very slippery, the lake bottom is all rocks and weeds hard to get into and out of. The water was some what warm, and depending on the day, boat traffic, Sun ect, seeing the bottom past a few feet was tough, the water has a tint to it, but otherwise is clean.
It is on a quiet street, you have a good size lot, a big fire pit, no close neighbors to the left, only on the right.
If you are there for fishing or solitude this is a great place for that. It is remote and not near much attractions. WiFi worked okay, once you get the air going it will keep it cool in the cabin. I suggest bringing a few fans to help blow it out into the living area and the bunk room, which was too warm. It was okay for us, minus some cut from rocks and bruise from slippery ladder steps. We enjoyed the fire Pit once we bought some wood, and swimming and or kayaking everyday, even in the rain. There is a canoe there, it is a bit rough, so we did not use it. Having a washer was nice, but hard to dry clothes outside when it rains most days.
The beds and furniture were not comfortable. The bedding was very nice though.
