Welcome to our family home, a residence of character combining the cachet of the old with modern comfort. Ideally located in the village of a peaceful village, this spacious house is the perfect refuge for large families or groups of friends wishing to explore the treasures of the region.

Living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a very large bright living room for your convivial meals and a separate, warm living room ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
On the night side, on the first floor, the master suite (bathroom and WC) offers a unique volume with its mezzanine. Children will love their perched area, equipped with a secure catamaran net, ideal for reading or relaxing.
You will find upstairs 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and separate toilet.
Outside: enclosed garden, a real haven of peace in the centre of the village.

Imagine a stay where everything is at hand, in the peaceful setting of an authentic small village. Here, there's no need to stress about everyday life: the local shops, the pharmacy, and the small supermarket are there to make your life easier.
A strategic location for your visits

From your pied-à-terre, the most beautiful castles of the Loire pass by in the blink of an eye:
- Château de Beauregard: only 5 minutes away (the ideal neighbour!)
- Château de Cheverny (10 minutes away to greet Tintin and watch the feeding of the dogs of the pack).
- Château de Chambord: the unmissable colossus of François 1er 20min
- Beauval Zoo: a wild immersion only 30min
- Château de Chenonceaux: the wonder on the Cher 40 min

Nature and soft mobility:
For lovers of the little queen (cycling); The adventure begins at the end of the street, you are close to the Loire à vélo, the perfect route to wind between the royal river and the vineyards, with the wind as your only companion.

On the practical side: you can park your vehicles easily directly in front of the house, along the pavement, as is customary in our quiet street.
Pets are allowed.

For your comfort, beds are prepared on arrival and a set of towels is provided for each traveller.
