Good location

This Condo is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was clean inside and had everything that we needed. There is a grocery store very close which had good prices and a good selection. The location is very quiet.

Wonderful property,lots to see and do in the area,

Perfect get away for a couple. Home is clean and very well cared for, kitchen dishes and pots and pans in perfect condition home is uniquely, beautifuly decorated.

Welcoming Home with a Comfortable and Unique Interior in a Quiet Area!

Totally felt like our home away from home! The unique interior design feels like there is a story to be told in every room! Great location with grocery store, golf course and rental cars within walking distance and great shopping centers just a short drive away! Dennis and Judi were fantastic hosts ensuring we had everything we needed to make our vacation in their city special!

Sun City never disappoints

If you are bored here it is your own fault. This rental is centrally located, near grocery store and restaurants. It is close to 3 rec centers. Owner very responsive and easy to work with. We found the unit very well stocked.

Great stay in Sun City

This condo worked out great for us. Just the right size. Just the right location. Well stocked. We enjoyed the interesting decor and art. We took advantage of the patio, grill, and green common space. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Judi and Dennis have been hosting vacation rentals for the past 5 years and love making their homes relaxing and fun for travelers. We are originally from the midwest and left the cold for sunny Arizona many years ago. Dennis is retired and enjoys working on the rentals and does most of the decorating and remodeling. Judi is a retired Psychologist and now enjoys working as a Realtor in the Prescott and Sedona areas.
