Spa (hot tub) was cold and not familiar with how to heat it up. Carpet in family room has an issue with smell… possibly mold from being wet before.Everyone loved the stay… great amenities! Beautiful house with plenty provided for all.

Most Fun Stay Ever!

The house and host are both fantastic. The space was great for a large group. We could gather for meals together but spread out to the game room, pool, common or spacious yard for smaller group socializing.

Great weekend getaway.

Our family of 4 adult couples and 3 small children stayed over the July 4th weekend and had a great time. The pool, arcade area, and massage chair theater room were especially nice. Large bedrooms too. Highly recommend this venue.

Excellent property and host!!!

The home was excellent and Philip was the best host I have had the pleasure of renting from. Prompt response whenever I had any questions with the rental. The game room and pool was great and my family had the best time. We were lucky enough the time we stayed there there was a fireworks display and we had the best view from the house. My family all would love to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

This place had it all! Between the arcade room, pool, massage chairs, and table that had every game imaginable, everyone had something they enjoyed and we had a blast enjoying all the house had to offer!

Family Bonding

This was a great place to stay for our annual "Family Bonding" trip. We had 28 people ranging from age 1 - 81. The layout of the house was great and the indoor pool and arcade were a great bonus, we spent a lot of time in both. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and spend quality time together. The host was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Amazing family reunion

We were overjoyed by the accommodations! Absolutely every aspect of the stay was incredible. We had requested the hot tub be re-filled and asked for a propane tank which were promptly taken care of. We had the entire family from age 2 to 88 years old there and had activities for everyone to enjoy, even in the dead of winter. We especially loved that we were there to enjoy the moment and did not have to do any specific clean-up before we left. This allowed us to enjoy the last morning of our stay as well. We would absolutely love to come back!

This Mid-Century Modern Gem of a Home

What a beautiful home! It just goes on and on with interesting, fun areas to explore. The game room has been updated with 4 new Mario Cart games and the pool was immaculate and fabulous. The beds were the best! We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. We did find that there could have been another bathroom. The bathroom, near 3 bedrooms (which accommodate 12) was very small with a pedestal sink. The full bath in the pool room was very nice but it was far from the bedrooms. Phil immediately responded to our requests and we had help right away. Thank You Phil!

Absolutely Perfect!

"If your search landed you here to The Sanctuary…there's no need to look any further! This luxurious 2 car garage home (with Tesla charger) will provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay! If you’re a golfer, you’ll be within minutes from a huge Country Club. This home is in immaculate condition. Every space of the home was well kept and thoroughly cleaned. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. All closets contained extra blankets and heaters if needed. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and is well stocked with several plates, coffee mugs, glasses, plastic cups, pots/pan, silverware, coffee pot/Keurig and so on. Everything that you’d need to prepare your meal is here. The dining room will easily accommodate 12 to the table (there are extra dining chairs if needed). The massage room is a mini-Sanctuary itself! In addition to the wonderful 6 full body massage chairs, there are also eye masks, mud masks and moisturizing gloves so you can enjoy the full spa experience. The game room has over 20+ arcade games and something for everyone! Even down to your small toddlers. The pool area is perfect! The pool is heated, along with a heated hot tub that can fit 8-9 people. There are several toys, floaties, beach towels and even life jackets available for use. Current state, there’s a full equipped workout room including treadmill, weights, lift bar and workout bench. The sauna is another area of retreat and will easily fit 6-7 people inside. There are several outside areas that you can enjoy that include a swing set, a huge BBQ grill, small pond, and patio area with patio heaters in the front and back of the home. The laundry room also has 2 high efficiency washers and 2 dryers for your use. Outside of the home and all its amenities, the Host is UNMATCHED! Philip genuinely cares about your stay and he and his team are quick to answer any questions/concerns. Overall, everything here is amazing and I’m sure you’ll agree. Don’t wait…BOOK NOW, so that you can create those memories here at The Sanctuary! Thanks again for everything Philip! We’ll be back soon!"

The right balance of fun and relaxing!

Amazing property! Perfect for all ages. Our group included Grandparents to 6 year old boys and all had a great time. The house was conveniently located to area attractions and restaurants, not that any of us wanted to leave the house as there was plenty to do or just relax. A fully stocked kitchen for when we cooked meals in. Lots of little touches to make us feel at home to snacks and facial packs, to having towels in the pool area and having soap and toiletries available. Many comments from the group about how comfortable the beds were and I appreciated that there were window treatments for privacy at night. One of our favorite stays - we would definitely stay here again!

Great Space for all ages!

Three generations were all happy with the amenities. Great Family reunion (14 people) and we were able to create great memories in the spa chairs, pool, hot tub, wide arcade area, electronic board games, and big living room area that comfortably sat everyone.

Amazing property!! Lots of entertainment

The property was perfect for our group of 14 adults. The massage chairs were a fan favorite but be careful they are too comfy and many fell asleep there!! Having all the entertainment of arcade pool and spa was amazing we never wanted to leave. Philip was also a great host and made the experience very enjoyable 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Family Fun & Relaxation!!

The Sanctuary lived up to it’s name! My family and I had such a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We woke up well-rested and energized from the comfortable mattresses and pillows. After enjoying our breakfast in the large dining room area, we’d go for a swim in the perfectly heated pool that was stocked with floaties and toys for all. Can’t forget about the hot tub and sauna that melted our stresses away! We also had endless fun in the game room. From arcade games to pinball, foosball, and hockey, there was something for everyone! At night, we’d cooked dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and then enjoy family time in the living room, which had plenty of space for the kids to dance and play as well as a huge tv and couches for our movie nights. And what better way to end the day then to sit back in 1 of the 6 full-body massage chairs! Some other perks to note were the convenience of Google Home, the Tesla charger and the high end appliances that made our stay feel luxurious. Additionally, Philip and his team were quick to respond to all of our questions. They have done it again creating a great place for an amazing getaway!
