Come enjoy the Daytona Beach Fun Zone at this newly renovated cozy, oceanfront studio complete with a private balcony and convenient beach access! Queen bed, small futon, and twin air mattress. Full bathroom shower/tub combo.
Basic appliances include a full-sized fridge, two-burner cooktop stove, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and hairdryer.
Amenities include a sparkling pool, laundry facilities, free WiFi, and cable TV. Reserve today and escape to the sand and surf of sun-kissed Daytona!

Keep in mind a lot of Daytona Beach strip has been impacted by hurricane. The property was not desirable. The hallway lighting is dim and dark. Not inviting. It’s an old efficiency unit and actually felt creepy. I did not care for the access issues with the property regarding coming and going. My reservation was for 3 nights. I stayed 1 night and I was absolutely miserable there. I expressed my concerns with the owner/manager and no accommodations regarding a partial refund was offered. Don’t stay here. It felt like an old creepy haunted run down hotel. If I owned i would charge more than 75.00 a night if that. I couldn’t wait to leave. Disgusting place. The owner should be ashamed.

Quaint, Charming, Oceanfront Studio

Great location, amazing oceanfront view, beautiful safe secure underground parking garge with elevator just outside unit.

The location was excellent for Daytona Bike week. Walkable for most venues. The bed was surprising comfortable. I would stay there again.

Highly recommend!!

Beautiful area....walk to beach with bonus items in room. Beach chair, umbrella and more. Room was nicely decorated and stocked with items for use. Host was very informative and communicated openly about the property, expectations and information needed to access the room. Will book here again!

Perfect Beach Spot

I have stayed in this building before but not this particular condo. It had everything me and my child needed for a fun and comfortable vacation. A mid-size fridge with freezer, all types of dishes, utensils and small appliances. The ocean view from the balcony was gorgeous, of course. The separate in-room WiFi was great to have because the general building WiFi can be spotty. We had no issues. And I love condos like this that have some beach supplies available and anything I buy, I leave for the next person. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this condo!
