Enjoy your Daytona Beach stay in this ocean-view condo where you are only a short walk away from one of the Florida's best beach and beautiful, clear, aquamarine waters. Enjoy a king-size bed, large sofa bed, a kitchenette and free parking. Conveniently, there are Publix and fine restaurants across the street. Only about two miles to the Lagoon Waterpark, Boardwalk, Ocean Center, Peabody Auditorium, and Ocean Walk Shoppes & Restaurants. Minutes to the Speedway. Only 1 hour to Orlando.

Please be advised that because of ongoing repairs after recent hurricane Ian, the management keeps both pools (outdoor and indoor) and restaurant/bar closed. We were promised that the repairs will be completed soon, and those amenities will reopen. We sincerely apologize but this is beyond our control. We adjusted our room rates to compensate you for this inconvenience.

The host was responsive and the view/balcony were delightful. The condo was clean and the bed comfortable. The area is very convenient with major stores across the street. We want future guests who may be older or have physical disabilities to know that the unit's door is extremely heavy especially when I was bringing my husband and wheelchair in and out. Also, there are 2 doors from the elevator area to the outside balcony/walkway that were very challenging with a wheelchair.

The beach/ocean view was great. The overall place needed some updates. The air stopped working on one of the nights and then were a few things that needed some fixing which the hosts took care of. The resort area itself some renovations but it looks like they are still working on the surrounding areas due to a hurricane. Not sure when the last one was.

Was able to snag this gem for the Daytona 500 weekend! Anton and Tetiana were responsive and gave detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. It was quiet, peaceful and the view was perfect. The building overall is very outdated and could use a major remodel but the room was set up super cute and had everything we needed! Thank you, again :)

The condo was clean and comfortable. Somewhat easy access to the beach.. it's a bit of a walk due to hurricane damage to the property. The view is great.. I love being able to watch the sunrise from the room.I would stay here again!

Very Dissatisfied. Not as listed. Property maintenance was inexistant, and very dirty. Advertised as behind due to hurricane Ian that was 5 years ago. Did not feel safe in the room as the door was not solid and did not lock well. Electrical in the bathroom was arcing when turning on the light switch. Front wall facing the beach was marked as condemed in numerous places. Requested refund and no response. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

The room was just as expected, clean and welcoming. We had a wonderful time spending time at the beach and then relaxing in our room at night! We will definitely stay here again if we have an opportunity.

Best place to get away

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was amazing! The place was nice and we were able to walk to the places we needed (Publix, restaurants, etc.). Not to mention, being on the beach was amazing!

Beautiful Condo!

We absolutely loved our time here! Perfect ocean views and a clean condo room with great in-room appliances. We were also able to check in a bit early due to the gracious, communicative host. We highly recommend this condo for your next stay!

The condo was very clean and as pictured. We were originally just going to sleep two nights with out-of-town travel during the days, but our plans changed. We ended up spending more time at the beach. It was unfortunate that the amenities were all closed still. However, it was a good stay with just the beach.
