Located in a lively area in the heart of the city of Menton, our studio benefits from an exceptional location. You will be just 10 metres from the magnificent Casino Beach with its picturesque rocks, 10 metres from the vibrant town centre, 50 metres from shops (Naturalia and Carrefour), and 700 metres from Menton railway station.

The studio has a superb balcony offering a view of the city, ideal for enjoying your moments as a couple. You will also benefit from air conditioning throughout the accommodation and heat pump heating for your comfort all year round.

Inside, you will find a bathroom with shower, a comfortable double bed, and a television with satellite access. WiFi connection allows you to stay connected if you wish.

The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as all the utensils and crockery necessary to prepare your meals. A washing machine is also at your disposal.

The accommodation is carefully prepared and disinfected before your arrival.
