no swimming or motorized boats in the lake. We allow dogs. A $100 pet fee must be paid before arriving at the location. each home has a ring door bell camera, if you bring a pet without paying the fee it will increase to $250. Thank you for understanding!

Two bedrooms and one bath. The spare bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. Washer and dryer in the home.
