Cocoonr is offering this charming 70 m² flat for rent, ideally located in the popular Présidents district of Les Sables-d'Olonne. Nestled in a secure residence with lift, this walk-through flat offers uninterrupted views of the sea and the Bay of Les Sables. Just 50 metres from the main beach, this spacious flat is the perfect place for a relaxing stay to the rhythm of the tides. The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The accommodation is made up as follows

- A comfortable, light-filled living room with a panoramic view of the ocean, equipped with a television and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen for preparing your meals (hob, microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, etc.)
- A spacious first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space
- A second comfortable bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- A modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and storage units
- Separate WC

Access is by lift to the half landing, followed by a few steps to reach the flat.

Outside:
- A sea-facing balcony with outdoor furniture to watch the sunset.
- Free public parking available at the foot of the residence
