The Space:
If you want a beautiful house in a quiet, safe and high end Los Angeles neighborhood just minutes away from some of the best restaurants then you've come to the right place. This house is wonderfully equipped for groups of friends or families with kids since the pool can be fenced in and you have a large grassy enclosed backyard. We had a great family stay at this property in Tarzana. The house is equipped with everything that you need during your stay. We loved the swimming pool in the garden which was great for the kids. The back garden itself is really lovely and well maintained. We loved the location too as it was only ever a 20 to 30 min drive to see most of the attractions in LA. The hosts always remained in contact with us making sure that everything was okay and if we needed any advice or tips.Overall, a brilliant stay in a lovely neighborhood central to tourist activities, with the back garden the highlight.

Good location to get to everything easily. Host was very helpful. Like everywhere in LA just need to plan for traffic. Great to have a pool at the end of the day for relaxing.

Location was good for us

When we entered the home it smelled very pleasant and the home was clean. There is a few things that are needed for this home. The guest shower is very slippery - one of the ladies fell in the shower. There was only one washcloth and hand towel. The same for the master bedroom. The front door needs a new base door threshold. There are holes where you can see through the bottom of the door. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable and should be replaced. It is very well used. We would have liked ice cubes but the freezer needed to be defrosted and none were available. Thank you for the donuts upon arrival. We enjoyed the coffee although we ran out. Perhaps not your problem. Thank you

Great house for visiting Los Angeles

We recently stayed at this holiday rental and I can confidently say it deserves a full 5 stars! The house was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The outdoor space was nice too, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Great location for exploring LA

Stayed for 5 nights with 2 teenagers. Within a reasonable drive from all major attractions, particularly Universal Studios. Property is well kept, in a nice quiet location and ideal for families.

Amazing vacation house

We had a great time at this VRBO. Very comfortable and plenty of space. House is located in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard is beautiful with pool, lounge chairs, and patio table. Would recommend this VRBO if wanting to stay somewhere quiet and relaxing :)

Mini vacation

Comfortable property with fabulous backyard.

Perfect location for our family on a spring break trip to the LA area. 3 bed/2 bath was just the right amount of space for us and laundry facilities plus off-street parking were a must. The property is very nice and well-maintained but the real highlight is the backyard with privacy, pool, generous patio, sun shade and comfortable outdoor furniture. Location is great with plenty of nearby shopping, restaurants, etc.

Christmas Celebration Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing. Shawn our host answered our questions right away. The house was ready early we got to the house around 3 pm. Tarzan was an amazing neighborhood right next to Encino. We had a rental car, we were still able to enjoy Hollywood, Santa Monica Pier and the Vanalden Caves. AMAZING!!! There was 7 of us total.

Excellent short-term rental - better yhan a hotel!

The property was clean and spacious enough for our five family members. Conveniently located outlets to charge phones. Nice back yard with pool. Shawn and his team were very responsive whenever we had a question. I recommend this rental.

Great communication

The neighborhood of this place was great and was close to many different restaurants and shops. We felt very safe here. The team was also very easy to get a hold of and had great communication! Very easy check in and check our process. We would stay again!

Great stay for our family

We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean, the pool was great. The kids swam for hours. Our family of four stayed for one week. Everyone was comfortable and had enough space to enjoy together and on our own. The team for this property was very responsive and helped out with all of our questions. The rooms are spacious and the yard gave us more than enough space to eat meals, play catch and relax.

Great location and accommodations!

Had a great quick vacation to celebrate graduation. The property team communication was exceptional and super responsive The home is very comfortable and made for a great base for all of our SCALadventures! Definitely recommend :-)
