-Kid friendly- Baby supplies available for rent from our trusted partner (inquire for details)

- There are cameras on the exterior of the property at the front entrance and one of the backyard sitting/pool area.

-Home features dual paned windows but property is not for the noise sensitive (located on a busy street and close to Van Nuys Airport)

-Free parking on site in the secure private garage which fits 2 regular vehicles or one large one. Free street parking if more parking is needed.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Bedroom #1- Queen bed, connected bath, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, white noise machine, 50" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.

Bedroom #2- Queen sized bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, 43" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services, white noise machine, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

Bedroom #3- Two twin beds, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, 40" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services, white noise machine, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 40" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.

Bedroom #4- King bed, french doors to pool area, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, 50" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services, white noise machine, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

Common Area sleeping- Large queen+ sized high end designer sleeper sofa (bed #6), there is also a queen sized air mattress (AeroBed) (Bed #7) that can be placed in the living room or bedroom #1 with the attached bath.



Total beds are: Three queen beds & two twin beds in the bedrooms. Queen+ sized sleeper sofa, Queen sized air mattress.



The entire home was remodeled about 1 year ago and everything is updated and of high quality. While swimming in the pool friends & family can BBQ next to you with everything needed for a great meal including all BBQ utensils and evening outdoor lighting for a perfect ambiance. After the meal you guys can lounge around and enjoy some drinks and light music or take it inside and enjoy the massive 65" HDTV with a movie, sports or NetFlix. Alternatively you guys can have a blast playing on the Ping Pong Table located in the step down pool room.



The property is centrally located with great access to all parts of the city. The property is located on a busy street so you do get some interior noise from that and also the nearby airport, be aware for the light sleepers. All the bedrooms feature white noise machines to assist with a good nights rest. Excellent freeway access to ALL of LA, Starbucks 2 min away & groceries less than 5 min away as well.



Please respect the house AND the neighborhood. There is no tolerance for loud music, or any loitering outside in the street. We DO NOT ALLOW parties or people driving up and down the street going in and out the house. This is not the type of guest we allow. The neighbors will not tolerate it and will contact me and everyone will have to vacate and you will lose your deposit.



As a SuperHost with over 5,000 guest stays at all my properties you can always come to expect top of the line beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchens with all the amenities and plentiful charging plugs for all your devices in each bedroom conveniently located at each end of the beds.



This home is spread out on a single floor with lots of natural light and space to relax and eat together or watch TV both inside and out. There are two steps leading to the front door and the step down pool room and back bedroom have a single step. Should not pose a problem for most guests.



The kitchen has all the modern amenities and brand new high end appliances to make your stay great for the group including a stocked Keurig coffee machine and also a drip coffee machine to make sure that everyone's happy which also includes cream and sugar. You have a large dining table which seats 8-10 people comfortably and outdoor farmhouse dining table for 6-8 people. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home.



Outdoor you also have a very nice stainless BBQ with all utensils.



Very strong Central HVAC controlled by a smart thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night.



The living room boasts a 65"TV loaded with cable + streaming services and lots of comfortable seating on multiple couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (250+ MBS) for all of our guests which covers the entire property. ALL 4 bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon, etc. The home is stocked with cards & board games and of course Air Hockey as well for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather!



The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding and linens to ensure you get a good nights rest. In addition I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so plugs are located at the side of each bed including bedside lamps with USB chargers.

Property is suitable for children but their is no fence around the pool area so children must be supervised.
