Welcome to Stay Awhile Chalet! Our cabin is nestled in Fox Farm just next to Moonridge. We are close to the slopes, walking paths, Moonridge Coffee, Dank Donuts and grocery stores. The village is a short drive away, and Snow Play is less than 5 minutes away. Our 2 back deck feature a hot tub, bbq, seating area and amazing views. Play a board game by the fire, stargaze, read a book in our bay window or enjoy some wine on the deck while listening to the sounds of nature. We can't wait to host you!

Great Place! Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was great. The rock formations view in the back was an interesting surprise. The place was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed all the amenities. We would come back again for sure.

A beautiful cabin in Big Bear

We absolutely loved this beautiful Big Bear cabin. The location is perfect for all excursions and store runs. The cabin is very well appointed with everything you can possibly need in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. The cabin is extremely clean and cozy. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

Lovely Cabin

Clean. Very nice furnishings. Comfy bed. Large bathrooms. Great and accommodating host. Close to slopes and town. Upgraded kitchen. Fabulous BBQ. Would rent this place again. If you bring food, there is no pantry. We had a cooler and stored snacks in it. Worked great.

Quick weekend in Big Bear

The check in process was very quick and easy, the rental office is so easy to find since it’s right off the main highway. The cabin looks EXACTLY how the photos are and does not disappoint. The overall location is less than 10 minutes from pretty much everything. We were almost sad to go home.

During those times when I feel like I need to slow down, I love to escape city life by heading up to the mountains where I can enjoy nature and simply relax. Big Bear Lake has always been my go-to destination for a quick weekend getaway, and I am excited to share my very first cabin with you.

I was drawn to this property because of the beautiful pitched roof, tall tongue-and-groove ceilings, multiple fireplaces, several decks/ outdoor spaces, and the unique view of the mountains and boulders from the exterior of the property. The cabin is located in the coveted Fox Farm neighborhood of Big Bear Lake, which is just outside of Moonridge and close to the Snow Play area, ski slopes, lake, Zoo, and more.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The property is located just below Castle Glen Estates and has amazing views of the boulder-filled mountains. A seasonal creek runs through the backyard when the snow melts in late winter/ early spring. During the winter when there is enough snow, you can sled down the side of the home to our backyard.
