⌂ Elevated 2bed 1.5 Bath in a Historic 1913 Building ⌂

Upstairs 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with a large living space in a historic 1913 building. A corner north facing residence with lots on daylight on a quite residential street just minutes from Atlanta's Downtown, Midtown, Stadium & Art Districts. It comfortably sleeps 4, up to 7 people. Updated bathroom / kitchen in Feb - 2022. We have self guided check-in. Please NO Smoking or Parties. Reservations with additional none registered guests or party will be canceled.

The suite is located on the Upper Floor in one of the more historic buildings in Atlanta. Entrance is directly from the side street with free parking directly adjacent. As you make your way up the stairs, you'll be greeted by a long corridor. There's a powder room in the hall. Next is a large open floor plan for kitchen, living, dining and a nook. All your basics are provided. The smart TV is connected via fire-stick includes Netflix, HBO & YouTubeTV (Cable). Also easy sharing content with your fellow guests or watching your favorite shows.

Further back, there are two bedrooms is to your right. Each bedroom has a queen beds with bedside tables and lamps. The bedrooms do not have tvs, but they do have lots of daylight. The rooms have large fans and spacious closets. There is single full bath with new shower tub & vanity. There are two locked doors & are reserved for the owners belongings.

Please note - Atlanta is in the hot & humid south. After heavy rains or with changing of the seasons, you may get a bug or two that wonder in to get a break from the heat. While unfortunate & certainly not desirable, it's very common in Atlanta. We do pay for professional sustainable monthly pest service. If any are around, bugs will likely die quickly. I apologize in advance if you happen to see any during your stay. Please let us know if you do see any and location so I can relay to pest control.

We updated bathroom & kitchen in Feb 2022. Please keep in mind, the building is old & there is some natural wear and tear. Please make us aware of any issues during your stay. We want to make every effort to make your stay amazing and are constantly looking for suggestions to improve.

Everything was as described. Host was really responsive if there was ever a question during our stay. My only feedback would be that the mattresses could use an upgrade but that could be personal preference.

Property was as advertised on pictures. Unfortunately security system wasn’t working though. The overall cleanliness was okay. We did encounter a few roaches the first night, so I didn’t go barefoot. Beds were just okay. The noise from the folks going to the club down the street ( which drew in lots of people) kept me and my son awake a few nights. Location wasn’t the best. There were definitely not enough cooking pans/pots/utencils which we needed to save on going out everyday. The owner did communicate with me and said they would do an inventory to make sure they have more items. Had to bring my own Kcup coffee maker. They only have a small drip coffee maker. The bathrooms were clean and had towels/toilet paper. Kind of disappointed for the amount of money I paid, but it was my choice to stay there.

Relaxing but HOT!

I have only good things to say about our stay! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. The property was clean and orderly. The only thing that could use improving was the temperature of the house. It was incredibly hot and I wish the fans helped.

Good place to stay at

It’s not complicated to go in and it is nice in the inside and as well it is very convenient it’s close to everything around. I definitely recommend for anyone. Very family friendly as well.

Great for families

We drove in from Texas for my daughter’s college graduation. The accommodations were perfect for my family of 6. The apartment was clean and cozy. And the downstairs neighbors we also very nice. We’d definitely stay here again.

Clean and plenty of room for us. Very convenient to downtown Atlanta as well as the airport. Would definitely recommend!

The property was good , location was horrible, the beds definitely need to be replaced asap

Overall the unit itself was beautiful inside with awesome potential just wished it was in a better more safe area. The bed in the master bedroom was horrible I only could sleep on one side of the bed because the other side had a massive dip in it making it very uncomfortable, the floors definitely need to be replaced or waxed very dissatisfying to look at, living room tv picture was horrible on the eyes so good thing we didn’t have to watch tv, and the furniture in the living room was outdated and very warn, money definitely need to be reinvested in the unit, but it was very clean and the pictures was very accurate

Everything was clean and looks exactly like the picture. Love the security system, location was close to many attractions. You could honestly Uber. Only downside not enough cooking Pans, no oven sheets. Could have salt and pepper shakers. Shower water pressure is gentle. One with changeable pressure would be nice! Overall 9/10 I enjoyed it!

Adequate!

The property is true to its online picture. Considering the size of our family (3 adults), the space was ideal. The general cleanliness of the property was good, except both the kitchen and bathroom floors were unclean. There were remnants of food stains and spills on the kitchen floor, which left some spots rather sticky. We normally go barefoot when indoors and had to make some modifications. Although both bathrooms were clean, the floors were not. Yuck. We appreciate the use of the TV with access to streaming. The wifi was a bit spotty. At times it closed out apps. And it seems like several apps needed to be updated. The bed in the primary bedroom was not as comfortable as the second bedroom. The pillows were a mixture of too soft or too hard, but not worth losing sleep over. We were grateful for the cookware. There was a sufficient supply of what we needed. Although the neighborhood is somewhat questionable, the property had good security.

Close to everything

Comfortable contemporary style. Minutes to the attractions, hiking at the BEAUTIFUL E.Palasades Indian Trail and we were even able to watch a live stream of the The Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade. Futon was more comfortable than the sofa bed. Laundromats are close by.
