The first floor offers a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, 65" Smart TV, dining area for 6, gourmet kitchen, and full guest bathroom. This open concept great room features two story vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, and ample natural light. It flows gracefully to the outdoors through large glass french doors. The gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counters makes it easy to prepare a midnight snack or a holiday feast.

Rounding out the first floor, you will find the laundry room (with washer, dryer and ample cabinetry). This area has direct access to the private 2 car garage with additional ample storage cabinetry. The naturally bright garage can be separately air conditioned, making it the perfect place for indoor exercise or other activities in the warmer months.

And at the landing at the top of the stairs is a desk for getting a little work done. To the left you'll find the Primary King Bedroom. With luxury mattress and bedding, 55" wall-mounted Smart TV, en suite bathroom with dual sinks, ample counters and cabinetry, toilet room, and a large walk-in shower. The Tierra Hermosa Community offers 2 large heated pools (heated to 86F until May) and spas, multiple BBQ areas, and a large beautiful Dog Park.

Well-behaved, Pre-Approved Dogs, up to 2, are welcome with $150 per Dog Fee. NO smoking, NO parties/events, and NO Cats allowed.

Rental rate does not include gas & electric utilities. An Advance Utility Deposit will be required. The amount will range from $250-$900; it will vary by time of year and whether you will be heating your private pool.
