Great location, great views

This property was just as it was listed. We just didn’t realize there were so many stairs! Stairs going down from the garage to back door, stairs from the street to the front door, narrow spiral stairs going up to bedrooms! We ended up Leaving bags on main floor and not taking them upstairs! There is a lot of maintenance/painting that needs to be done on property. Yuan was very helpful when some things fell apart and he got them fixed in a timely manner. Check in and check out was very easy!

Burnaby House

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. Very helpful with instructions on how to use appliances and equipment in the house. Great view and nice neighborhood. We had one issue with a leaking sink in the kitchen that was a known issue seeing there was a bowl to capture the water. However, we were not aware of the issue until we had water all the floor in the morning. There are some cosmetic flaws that could be addressed as well i.e. patching & painting of walls. Certainly easy fixes to make the stay more comfortable and relaxing.

Nice stay

Yuan was very responsive to messages. The house, while dated, was comfortable for my two kids and us, and we appreciated the home base while in Vancouver. Yuan even let us us e the garage out back and charge our rental e-car while there.

You will have the entire beautiful 3-level house with Tropical-inspired designs, full of Art sense. Enjoy the stunning view of Indian Arm Bay and Northshore mountains. All 3 bedrooms come with balconies. The cinema room is equipped with a 4k laser projector. Full kitchen with all you need. The jacuzzi hot tub for relaxation. DYSON purifier. You also got an office room and fitness. Trail and nature in steps. Close to restaurants and shopping plaza. 20mins to DT. It's a beautiful trip, and you deserve it.

The house has 3 bedrooms (with 3 balconies), 3.5 bathrooms(with 2 bathtubs), a living room (with a woodburning fireplace), a cinema room(with a gas fireplace), an office room, a fitness area, a dining area, and a bar table area. Full kitchen with gas oven, dishwasher, 2in1 coffee machine (include everyday Starbucks coffee pods), etc. for delicious cooking. The office room comes with a 27'' monitor and keyboard for laptop convenience. The cinema room has a 4K Laser Projector with a Fire TV stream (Netflix & more live streams). 1000M fiber internet offers high-speed Wifi. A DYSON purifier to clean the air, stay safe during the pandemic.
