Welcome to our beautiful Fully AirConditioned 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom garden-level suite — the perfect retreat for families or small groups. Enjoy a serene garden view from the living room and sparkling pool views from the rear-facing windows.

The suite features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and two French-door refrigerators with built-in water and ice dispensers. Both bathrooms are outfitted with modern bidets for your comfort.

Step outside into a lush, forested backyard oasis, where you’ll find a luxurious saltwater pool, a multi-jet outdoor shower, and a six-person hot tub — all surrounded by nature. The gentle sound of the creek and chirping birds provide a truly relaxing ambiance.

Your suite is located on the ground floor with a private entrance and is fully independent. Our family with children resides upstairs, so we kindly ask for mindfulness during your stay.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience:
• Private use of the pool and hot tub is available by reservation only.
• The outdoor area closes at 11:00 PM.
• No events or unregistered guests are permitted on-site.

Complimentary use of the pool and hot tub is included for VRBO guests (unless a private event has been booked). Should a private booking occur, we will inform you in advance, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If you’re interested in hosting a private event or gathering, feel free to message us directly — separate event bookings are available, and only the pool and hot tub are subject to additional charges for private use.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. We enjoyed being in a neighborhood and this allowed us to see lots of Vancouver when we went into the city. Our host was attentive. The beds were super comfortable.Family lives above but this was not a prob for us. Enjoyed our time here.

Property is two bachelor suites combined to fit our group of 6. Property is not air conditioned as stated but owner provided fans upon request. We selected this properties for the pool and hot tub, however the pool was very dirty and filled with algae. The owner only started to clean the pool upon our arrival however the pool was not usable throughout our full 3 night stay. Hot tub appeared to be cleaner however we chose to not use it given the pool condition. The deck in the backyard is in need of replacing as the wood floor boards are rotted and didn’t feel safe to walk on in some places. The two sofa beds were very hard and uncomfortable so we ended purchasing air mattresses for our stay for 2 people in our party. The owner did indicate once seeing the air mattresses that they could provide a foam pad which we didn’t request as we had already bought the air mattresses. The laundry facilities are located in the owner occupied area and could only be used upon request as the owner would have to allow us into their part of the house. The owner did allow us to drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time which was greatly appreciated. Overall, if we were travelling in the area again, we would look for another place rather than staying at the this property again.

We have 4 adults and 2 toddlers, and this is 2 bachelor units, so not good for a larger family. And you need to love the "Indian" scent to feel comfortable at this place. One of the washrooms has some bad smell and toilet flush is broken. Outdoor facility is only available for a expensive fee. Location is also not close to the city. Other than that, the facilities were okay, updated.

Not what we expected

We booked this listing expecting whole home and pool as advertised. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. Upon arrival a childrens party was underway with kids using the pool and hot tub. This made us uncomfortable and unable to enjoy the amenities we specifically chose this property for. Additionally this is actually a basement suite not a standalone home. The photos were misleading. The door lock was difficult to use due to misalignment, the fridge was oddly located in the living room and the uneven floors posed tripping hazards. Neither of the 2 kitchens was adequately stocked...basic items like cutlery and bowls were missing. There was also visable damage to the walls and unfinished plaster work. On a more positive note the host were pleasant and welcoming.

My advice: Lower your expectations

The stay overall was alright. Fortunately, we had an excellent trip to Vancouver, which offset the lodging experience. I think it would’ve been easier to accept and appreciate the space had the rate been lower and the photos didn’t make it appear so luxurious. Price point is definitely not matched to the stay. PROS: check-in and out process was very convenient. host was super responsive and flexible (we reserved the hot tub and had to change our time last minute). Parking situation was nice. Bedding was high quality. CONS: All I can say is, these folks had an excellent photographer for their listing. The pictures completely mask how “shack-like” the apartment is. Walls are covered in patches of plaster, massive gaps between the ceiling and walls. The whole thing feels like it was held together with chewing gum. We were given a few dollar store hand towels for showering/use of tub and pool. The hot tub smelled like dirty dish water and was full of debris. Showering sucked due to lack of shampoo/conditioner/soap. It felt like staying in a garage-made-motel-6I could go on and on but the point is: this is a fine stay if your expectations are lower, and you take the photos/rate with a grain of salt. I’m glad these folks are able to make some money with their extra space, I would just suggest they put some of it back into the property. Sorry about my lack of documentation, I only snapped a few photos of random issues.
The walls/ceiling not meeting was everywhere.
This sort of patchwork was literally everywhere.

Property owner is easy to communicate & friendly , I thought it’s weird that we had to reserve the jacuzzi - 1-2h slots , it worked out though . The pool is not heated. Pool& jacuzzi both need a good cleaning - so does the the apartment. The carpet has a very strong “ wet dog “ smell . Overall 3 stars - good location close to mall / shopping

We loved it all but the property managers getting mad about garbage. We cleaned up our garbage and did not see anywhere else to put it, we had it all organized too. Other than that, we had a great stay

Property does not look like it would be approved by City, renovation very poor including stepdowns between bedrooms and Main area, no backflow for water, one of the kids flush the toilet and I got scalded in the shower. Pool very unkempt and ice cold, property is not finished front door would not close electrical and and backsplash caulking not complete. Had to complain at midnight due to neighbors upstairs making noise, had to complain to landlord at 3:30 in the morning due to guests arriving on wrong day of reservation, 3 weeks early. They tried getting in back door where my granddaughters were sleeping. I had three young girls we could not get back to sleep as they were frightened. We could go on but you get the gist I would not recommend

The space was great! The managers are great to work with. Parking was tight with bushes closing in the already minimal space for one vehicle. The apartment was orderly, but not clean. My socks got fuzzier walking around the apartment. They collected dog and human hair everywhere I went. I didn’t bring a dog and the human hair didn’t match anyone staying with me. I couldn’t find a broom or vacuum to even help the situation. One of the bathrooms often smelled like skunk.

North Delta VRBO

The pool wasn’t heated as advertised, we are from AZ and have a pool so I know what it takes, our kids were looking so forward to swimming and it was ice cold. The laundry facility was not as advertised. When I asked about laundry, I was told we had to stay at least 3 days which we were, we were then allowed access into host family living area to do our laundry, we choose to go to a laundromat. The layout of the apartment was odd, with steps up and down into various rooms, the one bathroom is like being in a hallway. The reason I chose a VRBO unit is to have the whole house but I do understand I failed to read closely enough that this was an apartment and the host family lives above. You are awakened in the morning with people walking around. Also one of the fridges leaks water constantly all over the floor. The other thing is lack of dishes, they describe they can handle a group and we had 6 in ours and had to go purchase dishes as there were not enough glasses, bowls or plates or even silverware to handle our group of 6. No sizable garbage cans in the place. Positives are the back yard is quiet and I will say the beds are amazing. I just wish that the descriptions had been more forthright with stating laundry is in host residence not in the unit and we only heat the pool some months of the year. I recognize some of my negative thoughts are my own fault for choosing this unit, but some of them come from the misleading amenities that are listed.

Relaxing backyard oasis

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was very attentive, and had great communication. The backyard, pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and beautiful flowers were so nice and really helped us relax and enjoy your stay. The unit was clean and very nice. Would return again, as the location was perfect for us to get around.

We enjoyed hot tub and pool. Hosts accommodated large group with airport pickup and dropoff. unit has 2 nice large beds, but the pull bed had bar in middle of bed and was totally uncomfortable.

Grandson’s birthday party

The stay was very nice. It was very comfortable for the four of us adults. The pool was beautiful and the host was super attentive. The flower garden is so pretty! My only suggestion would be to get additional dishes (especially microwaveable) and silverware. With four coffee drinkers, three coffee cups was a challenge. With the gold trim on the dishes set, they didn’t work well in the microwave. A cheap plastic pitcher and large plastic glasses for drinks around the pool would be great. Thanks for sharing your place with us!
