Hello, A three-star review is somewhat misleading and rather low considering that the projector did function. We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you encountered with the projector. While we do provide step-by-step instructions for guests, we acknowledge that it may require a certain level of technical proficiency to operate. Unfortunately, projectors require external sound systems as they are incapable of producing sound independently. So there is nothing we can do to set it up in a way you can turn it on with a single remote. Regarding the hot tub, it was initially serviced and balanced on the day you checked in as acknowledged by your messages. It ended up dirty after your arrival due to children bringing in mud from the playground. This situation is beyond our control, as the hot tub was fully serviced and balanced upon check-in. This is not the type of lasting impression we want to leave with guests. I truly apologize you feel this way as you can see from majority of our reviews we make sure our guests are taken care off. We appreciate you mentioning the cleanliness as we do take that very seriously. All in all we will do better going forward but even more clear instructions to our older guests in terms of how to use the projector. Thanks again for staying with us Lisa!
