Close to Beach

The house was very clean, well organized and had everything we needed for a fun beach/wedding weekend with family. Bedrooms for many children and plenty of family space inside and out as well.

Wonderful Beach house

This is a great place to stay with many amenities. The home is very nice and is a short walk to the beach. Hosts are very helpful and easy to communicate with. Our family looks forward to returning again.

Great Place Close to a Private Beach!

My friends, family, and I had a great time at this comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed checking out Main Street in Niantic, getting seafood, and visiting the private beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Had a great stay close to the beach. House was great, as described. Quiet neighborhood kids could ride their bikes around. Dianne and Jose were very responsive

Nice big house. Had good supply of cooking utensils, glasses, basic spices. Nice touch with k cup coffee maker and espresso machine. Liked that there were a lot of different pillows so you could pick your firmness. Easy check in and check out. Cute beach down the road and right next to state park. Close to Niantic. Ceiling fans made rooms comfortable. Lots of beach towels and chairs.

Great location, great house

My family stayed and loved the house which comfortably sleeps 8 (but has extra beds in the basement for overflow beyond that). The house is well appointed and the location is walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend!

A place to relax

This home was perfect for us. We were there for a Coast Guard Academy event and this home was exactly what we needed, it was close to the Academy and provided space and sleeping for all 8 of us easily. A great bonus was that it was within walking distance to a beautiful beach.

Great place to stay

It felt like home away from home. Plenty of space and sleeping for all ages. The check in and out process was so simple. Quick responses if you have questions and house was very clean. No complaints.

Absolutely perfect beach vacation

We were blown away by our stay here and had such an amazing time. The house was even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures and listing. The house had anything one could need, was clean, and extremely comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and lovely and the beach itself was amazing. The family had such an incredible time and if we are welcome back, we will be renting next year too!

OK shore house

Our family stayed here for a college graduation in Rhode Island. It provided plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 children. While the house was stocked with many beach towels, there were no hand towels and just a few dingy bath towels. A situation that can be easily remedied.

Great place for the family

House was great and in a very nice neighborhood. Very quiet and the people were soo polite. The kids loved staying here and did not want to go home. Jose and his wife are amazing and are there to help with any questions and very quick with responses. We visited from Ny and had our power go out the night we were supposed to leave which delayed our trip one day. They let us move our date ahead one day with no extra charge. If i could give 10 stars i would !!!! Thank you !!!

The good and the bad

The only negative we found came from the ubiquitous air fresheners with on overwhelming and sickening odor. A suggestion for improvement would be to add a blue tooth player. Next time we will bring our own. Otherwise, everything was great.

Fantastic place! Super clean and the hosts were fast and clear in their communications. Have never stayed at a more accommodating rental. They had everything taken care of. Towels, linens, beach gear, you name it. Really happy with our stay and highly recommend!

Family Reunion

This is a lovely home. We enjoyed the large dining table as we could all sit together. We played cards, made puzzles, and ate plenty of food. The teens were glad to see that it was a quick car ride to the beach. Would love to come again.
