You're not in Key West - but in Black Point Beach Club, a private community here in charming Niantic on the Connecticut shoreline !

A newly remodeled Beach Cottage with all the amenities, including a brand new HVAC Central Air Unit for extra comfort... Galley Kitchen with a spacious Living Room includes two fireplaces... Two Bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people and includes illuminated Cedar Closets... Large Pottery Barn 6-drawer Dressers, LG Smart TVs with ROKU streaming sticks, and gorgeous Ellington Surfboard Lighted Ceiling Fans... The Main Bedroom has a Pottery Barn Queen Bed along with a Twin Bunkbed... The Second Bedroom includes a Pottery Barn Full Bed and Twin Bed.

Living Room includes a large sofa and two comfortable Lounge Chairs... Two Queen Air Mattresses are available if needed as well ! Dining area has a large, beautiful hand-painted Farmhouse Table, 3 chairs, along with built-in bench seating... The Galley Kitchen has a nice round table that can seat up to 3 people. One Full Bath with a Heated Jacuzzi Hot Tub... Maytag Washer & Dryer is available in the Basement...

The Outdoor area includes a huge, private fenced-in yard for your Pets and Children to enjoy... A beautiful large organic lawn without any chemicals to ensure that your loved ones can play in a very safe and healthy environment... Also includes a spacious heated Outdoor Shower and a Tool Shed for safe storage. The Patio and Deck area includes a 4-person Hot Tub with Bubble Jets to enjoy after a long day at the beach - available from April-October.

Back yard includes two Picnic Tables & Tiki Umbrellas; a Weber Gas Grill; Plenty of chairs and smaller tables for dining; a Children's Playscape & Swing Set - integrated with a brand new carpeted Dog House for your pets and kids to enjoy with comfort,,, Also includes a portable fire pit to enjoy during the evening hours under tree lights throughout the yard. Finally, the property has a large 3-car concrete driveway for you and your guests to park in.

Our Private Beach Club includes 3 main beaches, spacious Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, and our famous Black Point Grocery Market.. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown Niantic with all sorts of quaint shops, bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions - especially our famous Boardwalk that spans our shoreline beach areas !

In close proximity to Rocky Neck & Hammonasset Beach State Parks, Connecticut College, US Coast Guard Academy, Mystic Seaport & Aquarium, Gillette Castle, Essex Steam Train, Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Casinos, Block Island Ferry, as well as a multitude of local wineries, breweries, golf courses, shops, restaurants - and of course, charter fishing !

Super cute & fun get away

This house was great for our family & there were lots of nice touches, like the playground in the yard, the board games & cookies, and all the lights and decorations. Our kids also loved the jetted tub! The beach is a short walk away and there's a community center down the block with a larger playground and tennis courts. Perfect spot for families like ours!

Whimsical, lovely home for our stay

This home and property are really cutely designed and decorated. The house is older, but very well maintained and has really unique decor. From beach to Holiday to mid-century modern it made us smile every time we walked in the door. The yard was wonderful for our dogs and the amenities were really pretty great for the price. The neighborhood is very walkable and there’s even a little store situated in the middle of the neighborhood. Run by a family with children. It was such a nice surprise. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely getaway

We had such a great experience here! Joseph was so gracious and responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay great. His place is so cute with a mix of whimsical and really convenient touches. Our dog loved the yard, too! The neighborhood is gorgeous, too. We wished we had more time to explore the area and to take advantage of all the house has to offer.

A small place but right on the beach with a ton of stuff all around it to do. 10-15 minutes to the airport and the main stripe. I would love to stay there again.

Adorable beach house

It's Christmas all year and we loved it! So so cozy. From my elderly mom to my toddler everyone was happy. Kids lived the playground and we loved how easy and comfortable the house was. Joe also left us delicious cookies from a local bakery. Thank you Joe!!!

Great cottage getaway

We stayed for several nights, the place had everything, Joe is a great host and very friendly. Since we had never been to the area he spent some tome with us, providing us with things to do and see and gave us his favorite food spots. Thanks Joe

Quick get away

Very nice house and location. Loved the decor especially the bubble nightlights. The host was easy to reach and the neighborhood was perfect for walking our dog. The beds could use a little updating but, otherwise, it was a perfect weekend. Highly recommend.

Quaint cottage in Niantic

We loved both the neighborhood and the fenced in yard for our four legged “baby” Gracie! The house was both comfortable and whimsical! Joe has created a charming retreat!

Christmas in Connecticut

The experience was perfect - the cottage was very clean, very comfortable, spacious, cheerful, bright, accommodating, and the host was very hospitable, kind, and accessible. We really enjoyed our stay. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our fur-buddies we brought with us. We plan to return.

Lovely house

Joseph was very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The house was immaculate. Great location, great amenities (towels, some food, and many other things), and a gracious host. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Relaxing stay with hubby and dog

We had a great time at the house. Joe was very nice and helpful. We loved the fenced in yard, outdoor jacuzzi and the short walk to the beach. One tiny constructive criticism is maybe freshen up the bedding a bit. Overall, lovely house!

Sweet home with perfect yard for puppy

We had a perfect relaxing stay while our dog had the time of her life running free in the fenced in yard! The house was very clean and had what we needed. Loved the outside shower and the beach at the end of the street. The neighbors were very friendly and Sally enjoyed watching our puppy play in her dog pool all afternoon. Was the perfect get away for all of us!

Wonderful visit

I am familiar with the area of Niantic it's a lovely quaint area and it's wonderful off season. So my sibling and I were there and we brought our dog and it's lovely that this location is pet friendly. So my doggy had free reign of the backyard the house was awesome decorated to the gills for the holiday season between holiday and beach theme it was just fabulous it was warm it was cozy at great communication with Mr Kelly before and at the time of my stay. It was wonderful I'd be happy to return again and I highly recommend this location for a visit:-)

Easy family vacay

The weather turned out great, walking distance to beach perfect. Fenced in yard was great for dogs. Grandsons enjoyed the swings in yard and at the club. And jetted tub, bubbles yay! Plenty of space for everyone, games and cards also supplied…..wish we stayed longer. Probably will be back maybe for a girls’ weekend.👍👍

Cottage by the ocean

This was such a cute place. We visited in spring where everything is just start to bloom the yard was fenced in so great for dogs, with a cute play place for kids. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We walked several of the streets and meet a few friendly neighbors. The host was fantastic checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, Air with lots of windows and light. We spent time playing board games and reconnect. Definitely would come the area again and stay here.

Cozy cottage

The cottage was cozy and clean. We had a few issues the day of arrival (no laundry, cleaning and mowing lawn delays) but the owner promptly rectified the situation. The beach and neighborhood are fantastic, love the outdoor shower! I would prefer less decorations but that is just my personal preference.

Hidden gem cottage

We had a fantastic 2 night stay in this lovely cottage. Owner provides all the amenities you would need for a beach stay including chairs and towels. Our dog loved the big fenced in yard and our teenagers really loved the hot tub! Private beach is walkable from the house. Pictures on website really do not give this adorable place justice. It is bright and cheery and easily accommodated 2 adults, 3 teens and a dog. I would recommend this rental to any family, couple of group of friends.

Wonderful Escape from NYC

Came here looking for a quiet place to stay near the beach and this is exactly what I was looking for. Had a wonderful time in the area. The house was clean and exactly as described and pictured. The neighborhood was so quiet that I can count on 1 hand the amount of cars that drove past in a single day. Overall, a quiet place to stay, relax, recharge and to forget about life for a bit. The best part is that the host is a dog person himself, is very pet friendly with the accommodation and highly communicable. Would def stay again.

The sound of waves crashing at night - along with the sweet smell of sea water - is simply captivating ! Our peaceful neighborhood includes a quaint grocery store with an amazing deli and shop... In addition, there are lots of biking, walking, hiking, swimming, and boating experiences for you to explore when you arrive here !

Our neighborhood is basically a very small island on Niantic Bay in a quintessential New England waterfront setting with a rich maritime heritage... We have a variety of local beaches, quaint downtown areas, and a very special connection to the sea !

You are right down the road from three beaches...I especially love the convenience and charm of our very own BlackPoint Grocery Market which is run by a local family here.. It has an excellent grocery selection, penny candy, neat toys & trinkets for kids, and lots of beach souvenirs... And of course, it has an amazing deli that provides only the highest quality and freshly made food for your convenience such as grinders, quiches, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, slushies, etc.
