Set against the peaceful backdrop of the Meadows Golf Course, this spacious two-story home invites you to unwind in style. Step into the grand great room, where soaring ceilings and picture windows frame sweeping fairway views. Gather around the cozy stone fireplace on cool evenings or relax with family and friends in the open-concept living and dining area. The chef’s kitchen is a dream come true—featuring two large islands, double ovens, and a gas cooktop—perfect for preparing meals while staying connected to the conversation. It was a beautiful home pretty well kept Allows dogs, which was a plus. The master bedroom was amazing with a great shower and bathtub and a walk-in closet. The other rooms were OK, but my kids complained that the bed squeaked a little bit. There was several stains on the carpet which I took the initiative to clean cause my dogs would smell it and want to do their business so the only recommendation would be to remove the carpet in the great room if you’re a dog friendly environment, so the floors could be cleaned But other than that again a beautiful location right on the green, which is what we were looking for I would stay there again

Fantastic Stay, Once Again!

This is our go-to house for our annual conference at Sunriver. It's always worked perfectly for our group! Bring your own spices and foil/saran/etc. as that is kind of hit or miss. Otherwise, great as always!

Perfect for our group!

This house was perfect for our group! Everything was as described and the management company was very easy to deal with and responsive. I would suggest bringing seasonings you might need (including salt and pepper), Ñon-stick spray and any foil/ziplock bags/plastic wrap you may want. We’ll definitely try to stay here again!

That’s where our family spent all of our time . Plenty of chairs shade and sun mix . Walking the golfers also . My grandson loved watching the lawn maintenance staff and the golfers . The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well and large . We used the dinning room table quit a bit. Great laundry facilities lots of windows. Sharc passes and bikes came with the house also . We will rent this home again

Family Ski Trip

The house was clean but there was five different piles of dog poop on the deck. I wasn’t pleased to see that. We have stayed in this house before it’s a great location. The Master shower head is a joke please replace it. Best regards,

The house is large with beautiful views of the 7th green on meadows golf course. You also get a great view of the stars at night. As for the inside, the house was very clean and having all those bikes was fantastic. All in all we will definitely rent this again.

Excellent Stay, Again!

We have stayed at this property a few times with employees for a conference and it always works perfectly. It's close to the Great Hall and all of the amenities Sunriver has to offer. I passed on a few of my concerns to the management, but I would note them for your stay, too. The kitchen knives are extremely dull; if you need a sharp knife I would bring your own. Don't expect any seasonings, oil, or foil/plastic wrap, etc. Bring your own if you want it. Also, there was no blow dryer in the primary/master bathroom. This is a fantastic but dated property. It has worked beautifully for us though. We'll be back...just better prepared next time.

We are happy that this home is a great fit for you and that you enjoy its convenient location near the Great Hall and other Sunriver attractions. Thank you for passing on these opportunities for improvement to us. The dull knives will be replaced immediately, as there is never a use for a knife that can't cut! Your notes about adding in-home amenities like spices, food wrap, and the hair dryer will be passed on to the homeowner, as they are always looking for ways to provide the most comfortable stay possible for our guests. Regarding the kitchen items you mentioned, some owners/guests get worried about possible contamination from previous guests which is why they are not always offered upon arrival. Thank you again for allowing us to host you and we look forward to doing it again the next time you visit Surniver!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 7 of us for a mini reunion and ski adventure. There were some issues with the house, which the property management addressed quickly. We enjoyed the open plan main floor for activities. Beds were comfortable. Snow removal would have been welcome, there were several access steps which had ice that we couldn't remove. The kitchen is stocked with many pots and has small appliances which were helpful ( blender, coffee maker, hand held mixer). It could have had more glassware. Dishwasher was a little funky, but worked. Overall it worked well for us.

A Warning about Closures in Sunriver

The house was great and the property manager helped us quickly when the dishwasher broke and when there were no garbage bags in the house. But WARNING Sunriver doesn't full open until the end of June. We stayed 6/10-6/15 as we are from CA and kids are out of school. Sunriver doesn't open until WA and OR schools are out of session late June. We wish someone had told us this. The listing on VRBO should say this as well. The outdoor pool at SHARC (one of the main reasons we came) was closed the entire week. I had even emailed the property manager asking if the house has SHARC passes, she said yes but failed to mention it would be closed. Additionally, all the kids activities in the village were only open on the weekend. Being that we arrived Sunday night and left Friday, we never got to do these either. This includes the bumper cars, mini golf, bounce houses, etc. Closed. Everything closed. Not much to do. Will likely never come back to Sunriver because we were so disappointed. I would never rent this house before July 1st.

However, we're sorry to hear that your stay was affected by the delayed opening of Sunriver. We apologize that this was not made clear to you beforehand and that it impacted your experience. We understand that the closure of the SHARC outdoor pool and the limited availability of kids' activities during your stay were also disappointing. Thanksgiving 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family thanksgiving with 10+ people/kids and the overall size of the house was a good fit for our family. Unfortunately, the kitchen itself was not well stocked with items given the size of the home. Small number of general cookware and serving items which made it very challenging to manage a large group. Beds are quite low quality and a bit uncomfortable; the bathrooms are very outdated and shower heads are terrible as it is like a garden hose spraying at you (easy fix). The home has a huge garage with ping pong and foosball table, but the house did not have a second refrigerator which makes it challenging for a rental this size to host a family gathering (easy to provide). There is only 1 dishwasher, which was good but again with such a large home it should really have 2. The home layout was good as the upstairs family area was a great place to visit, eat, and play games. The woodburning fireplace was nice, but we had limited wood provided. Keep in mind the fan in the family room needs to be spinning the right direction to not pull smoke into the house! Working with Village Properties (VP) was great, they were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Check in / check out process was very simple and nice! When we contacted VP for additional kitchen items, firewood, linens, and bath towels they were very responsive to supply additional items rather quickly. This was appreciated, although, this should have already been available in the home. We have been coming to Sunriver for over a decade during the holidays and some minor updates to this home could really help to keep it at a similar level to other large homes in the area. I would recommend the home and management property to others, but as I said there are some limitations to be aware of before booking.

Property had everything we needed. It was clean, well laid out. It was also close to everything. Would stay there again.

Perfect House for making SunRiver memories

Love this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home and location. We had 5 nights planned and ended up extending for a 6th night. Lots of room, perfect deck to dine and watch the golfers put. Lots of bikes, and ping pong in the garage. A bit dated on decor, but still comfy. Our only problem was the grill didn’t work, called prop management. They sent someone out and still didn’t work due to broken igniter, so use lighter to start. We couldn’t get it to work even then. Grilling on vaca is important, so I hope they can fix for future renters. I have to say I love Villages Properties. They out weigh the competition for renting homes in Sunriver. Always responsive and such nice people. We had a great stay and will book again.

Great location!!!

This place worked out great for our family. The views are beautiful and the location was great. Had pretty much all the cooking utilities that are needed and stove/oven made great meals.

Holiday vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For a 5 bedroom home, the living room sat only one couch and one oversized chair. Not super accommodating for a large family. Also the carpet in the master bathroom had icky stains around the toilet. The heating the upstairs was not efficient at all. If we turned the heat high enough to warm the upstairs, the downstairs would be a sauna. For as much as this home cost for the week, we won’t stay here again.
