2 Bed Beachfront Condo With Pool Views

Slide open your door from the living room/master bedroom/2nd bedroom and walk out to the balcony that overlooks the pool. Take in the tranquil setting and nature that Tigertail Preserve has to offer. Guests are just steps away from their feet in the sand! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom and queen bed in the 2nd, with a twin trundle rollout bed beneath. Updated appliances in kitchen and with granite counters. Sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Condo has it’s own secure WI-FI connection that is free of charge. Gated community. Heated pool. Tennis and pickleball courts on site. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Building will charge a one-time registration/parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay, per vehicle.

Quite satisfied with condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean with more than adequate starter supplies of paper products, soap etc. We also appreciated having aluminum foil, saran wrap, olive oil and a few spices/herbs in the cupboard. Liked the veggie steamer pot. Could use a new nonstick frying pan. Plenty of towels (they all didn't match but that's fine with us), two beach chairs, cart for beach, shelling nets and beach toys in closets. Pull-out sofa was helpful. About an 11 minute walk from condo to actual gulf water but it's firm sand to walk on - not a problem at all, and good exercise. Daughter used the pool and said it was nice. Enjoyed our stay in 3-210.

If you like cold beach water, you’ll love to swim in the waves. Me, I prefer the heated pool and lay in one of the numerous beach chairs surrounding the pool.

We enjoyed our stay, however we all started getting bites of sone sort after 2nd day, not sure why, however we did see a small flea left like insect on the counter Friday. We would also disappointed with all the pillows which are old worn and sone stained. When we pulled sheets off we found the mattress pad stained as well. This left us feeling happy to be on our way.!

South Seas Stay March 2023

The property, while a bit dated, was as shown in photos. Check in was frustrating at best. We were not able to pick up keys until 4pm but the building check in closed at 4pm. Because of this we had no parking pass until Monday which made us nervous. We were told the second set of keys was in the unit. It wasn't. The patio door lock hardware was totally missing. We reported this on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Our messages went unreturned. We finally got someone late Monday morning. We were told by property management that it was fine and we were in a safe area. Frustrated on our third day in the unsecured unit, we explained that we would not accept a second floor unit that did not lock, a piece of plastic pvc pipe was put in the door to keep it closed. We never received communication from the management. It was always us calling and leaving messages until we finally got someone on the line. Again, the unit was fine. Property management was disappointing. We won't use them again.
