After a day of adventures, kick back in the comfortable living room to watch your favorite shows. A wood-burning fireplace adds a cozy ambiance as you unwind. The modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, is ideal for preparing delicious meals. Two can sit at the kitchen bar for casual snacks, while the dining table seats five for family-style dinners. Outside, the furnished balcony invites you to savor the crisp mountain air.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Wood is provided for the fireplace.
For an additional sleeping option, there’s a double sofa bed in the living room.
This property is equipped with partial AC via a window unit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
