This two-bedroom ground-floor Okemo condo is located in the lovely Kettle Brook community. Kettle Brook is conveniently positioned on the mountain, surrounded by the Kettle Brook and Bull Run trails, ideal for outdoorsy vacationers.

This ski-in/out condo is perfect for families and friends alike. Guests will find plenty of space and privacy in a gorgeous wooded setting. Find a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to whip up everything from full-course meals to quick snacks on the go. The living room is cozy and offers a great spot to unwind with your loved ones after a fun-filled day - snuggle up and watch TV, or take a refreshing midday nap. Or you can retreat to the convenient balcony and play your favorite card games on the bistro table for two.

This condo does not have air conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good: clean property, perfect location, durect slope access. Not so good: the property is old and it shows. Most of the floor radiators are not operational, downstairs bedroom is constantly cold, needs new carpets and overall facelift. The place has a fireplace, but guests are asked not to use it ? Vacasa is all about the profit, not the comfort of the people who actually pay the money to stay

Great location but way outdated. Carpets were in poor shape, especially downstairs. The bath towels were incredibly small in size and number provided. Both showers immediately backed up with several inches of water during use. Messaged the host about the problem the morning after we arrived. No response until the day after we checked out. In my college days, it would have been fine. In my mid-40's now, I expected better. I'm not trying to be jerk, just objective and honest.

Convenient and beautiful setting

This was a perfect setup for our friend to stay upstairs, while my husband and I stayed downstairs for a little more privacy . The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed a fire every night while relaxing!

The perfect ski in/out condo

This well-maintained condo was such a pleasure to stay in. It truly is ski in/ski out! No carrying your equipment to the trail necessary, the trail is directly out the back door and just short run down to the base lodge/lift. The main living area is very spacious with a nice big table for group dinners and games. The TV had all the channels we wanted to watch plus it was a smart TV with options to log into our personal streaming services if needed. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of closet space to store our things to keep the space tidy. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Overall, a beautiful time skiing

The condo is as shown in the pictures. It is dated but warm, well located and equipped with staples for cooking. The layout was a bit awkward for our family, with the ski-out feature only accessible through the downstairs bedroom (nowhere near the ski locker) and the parking lot 200+ feet down a snowy hill. We made it work and it was worth it for the pleasure of staying on mountain. Oddly, the linens and paper products were terrible, making this feel more like a budget accommodation than it otherwise would have.

Great for ski in/out.

Overall, the property worked well for our family of 4 and the ski in/out is fantastic. All was as described in other reviews, dated but clean. There was no parking flexibility outside of the check-in times which was a bit disappointing given that we were skiing our last day and no flexibility was offered to leave the car just a couple hours to enable a 1/2 day of skiing. Other ski in/out properties we've rented in the past have been more flexible on that. Communication with Vacasa was quick/easy, but messages direct to the host were returned a week after we checked out.

Ski trip

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The location was great for a true ski-in/out place. It was footsteps to the slopes. The place is a little outdated, but was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. My only complaint was the place did have a strong fireplace smell that may have been left from the last group that stayed or a build-up of soot from the years of being used. It was noticeable each time you came in from outside. The communication with the property manager was excellent and they even checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we were satisfied with the conditions. We would stay again because the location was so convenient.

Location for the win

My family of 5 stayed in this location. Everything was as advertised. We had no issues and enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The beds and pillows were adequate, the condo was clean on check in. Towel are moderate quality. The sleeper mattress was actually relatively comfortable. Decor and paint could be updated, but overall very comfortable and convenient.

Perfect ski in ski out

If you are looking for a ski in ski out on okemo for a family this is perfect. New appliances which were nice because we cook every night. Have to take the A and B quad at the clock tower to get to the main lifts but the connecting trail is right out the back door, literally.

Location location location!

The location of this condo on the Kettlebrook Trail is it's main selling point. The condo itself is dated and a bit worn, and needs some upgrades and updates (if you have to have multiple handwritten signs to notify guests of quirks, then you might want to fix the quirks). Notwithstanding, it was impeccably clean, warm and cozy, with a well appointed kitchen, which is really all that you need for a fantastic ski weekend with a location like this. We left today, and we are already booked for next year.

Great Location

This unit is perfectly situated on the Kettle Brook trail. At the end of the day we could literally ski to within 5 inches if the downstairs door . At first we thought it was strange that there was an external door in the downstairs bedroom but it became a point of tremendous convenience for us. Unit was perfect for two couples but it is spacious enough if you wanted to have 2 people on the couch. (Dining table and living room seating can accommodate more than 4)Kitchen has a very good assortment of pots, pans, utensils and dishes. We hope to return next year.
