Sandy Shells at Paradise Retreat is a newly upgraded four-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in a quiet, gated community, just a 9-minute walk to a private beach. This beautiful home features:

Three King Beds and a Queen Bunk Bed
Large living area with seating for everyone, a 65-inch smart TV, and a Wii for evening entertainment
Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar
Two-car garage and driveway parking for four vehicles
Sleeps 10 comfortably
Fenced backyard with a new steam washer/dryer
Sandy Shells is situated in Paradise Retreat, a private and gated community right off Hwy 98 in Miramar Beach. The private beach access gate is about 500 yards from the house, making it easy to play all day at the beach and then relax while watching stunning sunsets.
