Relax in this peacefully, cozy home with mountain views from every room. Custom timber frame with central fireplace, four bedrooms and bonus yoga loft with futon. Well appointed kitchen, plush bedding and towels and so much more to make your stay perfect. Ideal location minutes from Sugarbush and Blueberry lake x-country skiing as well as restaurants, breweries and shops. There is even a skating pond and mile long sledding hill steps out our front door. Make mountain memories you won’t forget!

Beautiful home, wonderful host

This home is perfect. It is secluded with beautiful views of the mountains. The home is very well maintained. The owners thought of everything and the house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Karen the host is gracious and extremely accessible and simply lovely to work with. We have rented many houses in the area over the years and this house was our favorite. I highly recommend this home.

Home away from home

Karen’s home is everything I hoped it would be. Having been VRBO renters for years, we have had our share of rentals that made me with to be back in the comforts of my own home- this was nothing of the sort! We enjoyed being there so much my parents even ordered the knife set Karen had in the house for their own home back in Florida. It was such a difficult journey wrought with uncertainly as we tried to make our check in date despite Hurricane Ian. Coming from central Florida, we had our share of travel plan changes and Karen was super responsive, understanding and empathetic. Her home was clean and very comfortable. As our son is a first year student at nearby Norwich University, we hope to be able to enjoy sharing her home again! The Vannoys

Beautiful, Spa-Like Home in a Private setting with a view! So relaxing.

We loved our stay at Karen and her family's property. She was the best host we've ever had and was so great at making sure we had everything we needed. The home is set back away from everything, has a gorgeous view and quite property. Inside we really loved that the home was clean, not cluttered with a ton of decorations, was cozy, and literally had everything that we needed. It felt very spa-like as well, there were robes, slippers and an excellent selection of teas. She has a yoga space up stairs and honestly one of the most well-thought out vacation home we've ever stayed at. The fridge had fresh eggs and butter. The kitchen had all the cooking essentials you needed and they weren't junky quality like some rental homes put in! I really loved cooking with high-quality cooking utensils, pans, knives, etc. There are plenty of beds and rooms and the rooms all had a plenty of blankets which we Floridian's appreciated :) There were even phone chargers in all of the rooms!! Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels. I mean honestly you don't have to bring much to this place and that's hard to find!! Our children had a wonderful time and Karen was even so sweet and had s'mores stuff set out for us upon our arrival. I could go on and on, but you won't be disappointed if you book here!
