With 3 queen beds and 1 king bed, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The bathroom amenities include a jetted bathtub and a shower, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. All bedrooms has a Smart TV and ceiling fan, gourmet kitchen with a breakfast island and table, 2 extra bathrooms with shower, Whether you're exploring Apopka, Orlando, Mount Dora or the nearby attractions or simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance, this a fabulous rental in a nice place will make you feel right at home. Fall in love with Apopka and enjoy the magic it has to offer. A lovely outdoor pool (Not Heated.)
NOTE: Absolutely No Party, No Event, No large gathering, No Smoking or Vaping. No more than 5 Visitors at one time. maximum of 5.
Note: We have a noise level monitoring on the outside, we have outdoor cameras and ring camera will and must stay on all times. Noise ordinance is a must practice for this neighborhood to protect and control against neighbors complaints, any violations will be charge at least $3999 plus the city impose fine, can amount to $10,000 per violation, and you can be remove from the property for negligence. If smoking is detected they will be a fee of $500 for deep cleaning and scent. Thank you for respectful of our home. keep our home clean and follow our house rules.

The house was a perfect house for all our family to gather and spend time together while in Apopka for a wedding. The house location in relation to the venue was perfect for us. There is plenty of space for a big family, or a few families. The pool was very nice and enjoyed by our family.

We really enjoyed the property. Lots of room and amenities provided were great. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We will stay again next time we come down to visit family.

being a couple of senior citizens , we found our stay pleasant but only used half of this family sized home .All good though . We were comfortable and felt safe . We visited 2nd week of April , unfortunately the pool water was really cold , which limited my time in to a minimum and wife's to none . Can't control the weather patterns . We chose this area for a reason and it worked out in our favor .

Beautiful home

Clean spacious home with additional rooms not expected. Owner very responsive and addressed any minor issues or questions we had. One side of the house ran warmer than the other. Not stated in welcome binder temperature could be changed. Overall great stay. Just what we were looking for.

Very traditional and classy with a bit of contemporary touch of class in this house, has a beautiful pool, the atmosphere is cozy, and relaxing a safe place just to admire and respectful of the property quiet time and nice neighbors. This house has all the amenities include relaxing by the pool watching TV on the patio, or inside the house, there is also a children corner, eventful for you to revisit.
