“The Cottage by the Inland Sea”. Brand New Construction 2022. Fully restored with all the comforts of home. This west facing cottage offers you a private beach for clean swimming, cool AC and super sunsets. Come discover the beauty and learn how to relax on the shores of Lake Champlain. Only 35 minutes from Burlington and 60 miles from Montreal. This non-smoking cottage is a complete lake house. With a new custom fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, whole house AC, 3 flat screen TVs, fresh drinking water, and a cool fireplace. Enjoy the comforts of home with the peace and tranquillity of Vermont’s best sunsets!

Peace and quiet

Place was clean and just the right size for 2-3 people to be comfortable. Canoe and kayak were fun. Beautiful location if you are into a relaxing and peaceful week.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The host was absolutely awesome—so welcoming and thoughtful. We especially loved the little touches, like the s’mores they left for us, which made our trip feel extra special. The house was spotless, well-stocked with great amenities, and in a perfect location for enjoying the lake and surrounding area. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again!

Could not ask for a better rental or host! Very clean, quiet, peaceful, well stocked rental. You only have to bring what you will wear. Beautiful view and right on the water. Plenty of towels and super comfortable beds. Plus central air conditioning and washer and dryer.Do not hesitate to rent this property!

Best vacation rental we've ever had

In a beautiful spot, tranquil end of road. House was great, clean. There were small things that made a big difference for our stay, like enough soft towels, watershoes, tables outside to eat watching the sunset, clean and ready grill. Paul was communicative at all times. We stayed with our kids, and it made our summer vacation.

Peaceful beauty

My family and I had a wonderful stay in St Albans. The property was great, and the location was awesome. The proximity to the lake was superb, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings watching the birds and waves go by.

Great Cottage

Amazing location, but even more than that are the little touches, things like extra water shoes and beach towels, the owner has included. Definitely want to return.

Peaceful weekend getaway

This is a quiet, peaceful spot surrounded by mature trees and beautiful perennial gardens. We loved the three season porch for sitting in the lake breeze and listening to the waves. We cooked most meals there and enjoyed eating at the table outside on the beach. The cottage is very well appointed and I agree with others, all you need to bring is food and clothes! We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

Great house, beautiful sunsets

We had a great stay. The house is perfect and well stocked with everything you need! They even have water shoes if you forget. The sunsets from the screened in porch are amazing and we enjoyed having lake side fires. The beds and furniture were very comfy! We would definitely stay again while in Vermont. The location of the house is quiet, and there is a little ice cream shop close for a maple creamee craving

A peaceful getaway right on the water

We very much enjoyed our stay – so peaceful and relaxing! The views of the lake are idyllic, the house is literally right on the water and has everything you could need as a home away from home. A perfect place to unplug, and if you’d like to explore there are some beautiful drives in the area. Paul is an excellent host and very responsive.

Great Kayaking

Beautiful views! Lots of wildlife to see while kayaking Lapans Bay! Clean, well stocked cabin with very comfortable bedding and a great living room for family movie nights. The kids and adults had a blast. We will definitely be back.

Fall adventures in Vermont

Sitting in front of the fire pit watching the beautiful sunsets were a nightly highlight. This cozy cottage was comfortable and had a fully equipped kitchen that was nice for cooking. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings after hiking and exploring the beautiful scenery of Vermont. One of the bedrooms was quit small and the BBQ took longer than expected to cook but everything considered we had a great trip.

Slow Down, Relax and enjoy the Sunset.

Get in touch with nature, sit and watch the world go by. The lake is directly out your porch doors. Comfort of modern cottage, central air and all conveniences. Very hard to leave after a lovely week at this cottage.
