Bedrooms located on the first floor include the twin bunk beds and attached is the master suite, with ample storage space, a master bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub and stand up shower. These bedrooms are separated by pocket doors to provide your privacy!

Also, located on the first floor is a large cozy living room with a big comfy couch for the whole family to enjoy! Attached is a dining room that seats 12, plenty of room for everyone to gather. The beautiful open kitchen provides everything you need to create a chefs masterpiece to be enjoyed in the breakfast nook, dining room or the unforgettable fully furnished screened in porch. The entire first floor provides a full view of the back yard that includes the pool, spa, and fairway.

The first floor also includes a half bathroom, adjacent to the laundry room equipped with a sink, washer and dryer. On this side of the home you will find a mud room that attaches the garage, service yard for trash and a unique spiral staircase.

In the home you will find two ways to access the second floor, making it easy to access the main level for everyone. Upon entry to the house on your immediate right a staircase will lead you to the second floor where you will continue to find breath taking views through our floor to ceiling windows. On your left you will find a king bedroom with a private bathroom that has a traditional shower/tub. Down the hall to the right a double queen bedroom with a huge bathroom, double sinks, jacuzzi style tub and stand up shower. Last but not least the spiral staircase provides private access to another double queen bedroom, and private bathroom with a stand up shower also located on the second floor.

Outside of the home you can find plenty of group activities to enjoy. In the front we have a basketball hoop, inside of the garage you will find corn-hole boards to be taken out in the yard to play. In the backyard there's our beautiful in-ground pool, outdoor patio equipped with a grill, and heated Jacuzzi by request. Inspired by the owners slogan, you'll find four chairs located at the edge of property propped along the fairway. Watch as your fellow islanders attempt to par on the 11th hole.

We also have a Ring doorbell camera located on the front porch, and one located on the back porch facing the pool & golf course. They will be on for the duration of your stay.

Sea Pines Resort offers beach access thru a shuttle service to the Sea Pines Beach house. There are three championship golf courses, including the famous Harbour Town Golf Links where the PGA comes every year. Miles of bike paths thru shaded large live oks makes for an enjoyable outdoor activity.

You can enjoy night turtle walks where sea turtle nesting and hatching activity happens daily from May-October. Be sure to do your research and spread awareness on how to protect the wildlife and promote the continued existence of these endangered species. Also, have you ever heard about the natural ocean wonder of bioluminescence? It’s when the sea sparkles a neon blue or green or even red. This beautiful sight is definitely one for the bucket list. You'll find this phenomenon all throughout the summer months between mid-May to early-October. Enjoy eco-tours, local kids clubs, kayaking, deep sea fishing, para sailing and a family fun pirate tour to learn more about Hilton Heads marine and wild life.
